2012 TPMS Sensors?

I got a set of 2012 Rubi take off wheels and tires, but with no TPMS sensors. I read on here someone saying they got em for around $30 online, but I can't seem to find them. Does anyone have a part number or know what TPMS sensor to get?

Thanks!

These are for a 12 JKU sahara

If you do a google search you will find them they range from $30 to $70 each.

With $70.00 being the Mopar price at the dealer.

Why not use the ones from your stock Sahara wheels?

I'll be keeping both sets and really don't want to pay to have them swapped.

For my winter tires I picked up a set of steel pulloffs. The wheels cost $25.00 each. Sensors $70.00 each from Mopar. Call me a stickler for detail. They work as advertised though....plug and play.

That's kinda where I'm at. I've found some OEM ones for around $35 each. We like to take road trips and I figured the stock sahara wheels will go back on when that happens. Just can't find the part number for the sensors.

Beware of the "OEM" sensors sold on ebay! I bought a set, had them installed and they didn't sync with my computer. Of course, after they were installed, the seller wouldn't take them back. That was $150 down the drain.

There is something to be said for getting an item like this from the dealer. Pay through the nose but if they don't work, they replace them. It is a known source if you know what I mean.

I hear ya. I found the part number and wanted to post it on here. for the 2012 its 56029479AB for the TPMS sensors. my dealer was $56 a piece. I'll opt to not have them for now. If the light and ding get annoying I'll eventually put them in.

Just buy an AEV Procal and turn the sensors off when you have your aftermarket wheels on.

Buy the Procal. If you need a computer to tell you your tires are low on air, you are a low information voter!

On trails and back roads, I've picked up nails and cactus thorns, I'd rather see the light come on and fix the problem sooner than later - especially if I can avoid losing a bead and damaging a wheel or tire.

Bingo, same thing happened to my wife's car. I checked everything on Sunday, all was good. Monday on her way to work, she had the light come on right before getting back on the highway after dropping our son off. Turned out she had picked up a piece of razor blade and it was slowly going flat. Caught it before it got squirrelly or had a bigger problem and got the spare on. I don't consider myself a low info voter, but I do like the safety feature of working TPMS.

Just go online to Tire Rack.....get their telephone # and call a rep. He'll give you a price for the TPMS and shipping. I'd guess that they would probably cost 35 to 40 each.
