I'm stumped. I had a stock 2012 Rubicon and would average 16.5-19 mpg with mixed city and freeway driving. That car was stolen and I purchased a 2014 with a leveling kit (stock tires) that was averaging 13-14. A decrease of 3-5 mph. Only difference was no rake on jeep. I lifted it 2.5 and put 285-75-17 and I'm down around 12. My habits are the same. Did the elimination of the rake on the jeep ruin mpg or does the 2014 get worse gas mileage. I was stoked about the 16-19 I was getting before and i can live with my bad mpg but it would be great if I was not so low in the average. Any ideas.
