Dual top Group 1620
Sat Radio 174
Connectivity 240
AHT Tow Group 240
Dest Fee 800

Total 30808 (invoice) MSRP 32190

Right off the bat he gives me a price of $30000
Seems good I think?

Well there are a couple numbers on the print out he gave me i dont understand

HB:942
FFP: 30500
EP: 29343

can anyone tell me what those mean?

And Just FYI after he gave the price of 30000 i told him what if I have an AR number (tread lightly) and he said no problem that will just be more off the price he said its a little more than 2% which amazed me. He also said i gladly give the ar discount because we get reimbursed!

SO basically i think im going to get a good deal any thoughts?

Thanks
HB = Dealer Holdback
FFP= Friends and Family Price (same as Affiliate Rewards/TL price)
EP = Employee Price

And yes, your $30K price, $500 under FFP, is a great deal... Jump on it!
Is this for a 2012 or a 2011?

Jeez... you must be the GM's nephew or something. If not, they are going to put you in jail when you try to drive off the lot with your Jeep at that price!

Milous - Black Forest Green Production?

Milous - The 430 Radio option was not anticipated to be available until December (if memory serves) but is fortunately now available . I'll be adding that to my options list!

What is the possibility the BF Green will go into production earlier than the currently estimated October date? Is the late availability due to the issues with the plant in Japan?

Thanks for all your input - it's been fantastic to have all the info before starting discussions with the dealer!

Can I get the Infinity 7 speaker system with the base radio?

I have decided to move my JVC system with a DVD/MP3 player, Sat Radio, GPS, Bluetooth, USB and SD inputs into my 2012. I had rather have the SD card than a hard drive and the screen is detachable.

Three 16g SD cards hold more music than the My Gig and they are not as easily damaged and are cheap to back up.

I would like to hook up the JVC to the Infinity speakers.

I am sure no one has an opinion but I am asking anyway. Thanks, ttb

I just plugged the VIN for my 2011 in on the link and it gave me a nice little birth certificate!

Production dates for colors are rarely moved ahead, although nothing can be ruled out. Don't know if BF Green production date has anything directly to do with Japan situation or not, Chrysler has always been erratic with color introductions, even before the tsunami.

IMO, Quick answer: "no" - my hope, and others, is that it includes more than just hitch and wiring harness and also throws in a tranny cooler. I'm talking Rubi, though, which only has the max tow option. I believe on non-rubi models you also get 3.73 gears with max tow.

Check for yourself, but, if I recall, adding AHQ, Max Tow on top of AHT, Trailer Tow, adds 3.73 axles instead of the standard 3.21s for an invoice price of just $28. If that's true, and you want 3.73 axles, it'll save you a few buck to upgrade by that route.

But, do check it out, I MAY BE WRONG!

Nope. You are right. At least based on everything posted so far.

Only Milous can help you there!

But, that's probably a typo... supposed to be 3.73 included with AHQ?

The whole "what is max about AHQ?" thing has been frustrating. I have AHQ and my detailed build sheet suggests we got ripped off for a $100 worth of hitch and wiring harness on JKU Rubicons.....

So I'm overseas right now and have already ordered a 2012 for delivery in October. Went with the AC with Auto temp control, dual tops, leather seats, block heater, max tow package, 730 media center, extra airbags, connectivity, and trailer tow group.

Two things I'm curious about. First, am I just paying extra for no reason if I get the 730 media center AND the connectivity group? Same question goes for the two trailer tow packages. Thanks for any input!
