Headliners for the hard top. Basically insulation / sound deadening material for the hard top.

What HH color are you going with? And what 10A paint color did you select? I'm definitely curious about these or one of their competitors. One more thing, did you go 3M or Velcro adhesive?

Thanks!

They came with resistors, but I read bad reviews on the interaction between the lights and resistors, so I never put them and eventually just got used to the fast flash.

You can use an LED flasher unit like the one your talking about. The problem is that due to cost, most owners replace a few at a time (sides and then tails). Since they aren't doing tails, fronts and sides all at once the LED flasher wouldn't work out due to the mix, so they use resistors on each as they go. If you do all of these at once with an LED flasher, you should be good to go.

This isn't true for the LED headlights due to PWM power feed to them. The best work around for this is the relay harness from SMS.

Thanks. I went Anvil (of course!), color-matched top and black fenders, so was debating one of the gray colors of HH. Hmmmm...

Thanks for the additional information. It completely makes sense to not use the LED Relay if you've only replaced some of the turn signals. They certainly aren't cheap when done properly. LED turn signals and interior lights are on my mod list, but probably the only thing that will happen shortly after purchase will be tint on the front windows. I'll just enjoy it for a while before I start modding it. At least thats what I keep telling myself, we'll see how long that lasts!

I'm trying to add the dual top to my order and the dealer says it's not too late but he's saying it will cost $1800 and change. Am I wrong, or isn't the dual top about $1500 invoice on the 10th Anniversary?

He's probably just going from memory on the rest of the Wranglers. When he adds it in in DelearConnect it will show the correct amount.

Dual top group=
$1,685.00 MSRP
$1500.00 invoice

These prices are according to my order sheet for a JKUR 10A. Prices can change, as stated in all of the literature, but I doubt an increase of that much at this time. These prices are for a "black" top, the color matched top is an additional $1K MSRP.

Re-considering the "Rubi 10A" Warn...

I was almost certain I wanted the Warn 9.5cti with the 10th Anniversary red trim... that is until this image came to mind, now I can't seem to lose it. I'm thinking a standard 9.5cti with the traditional aluminum/bare/black look.

Mopar now has a selection for the 10a.

Nothing special yet, just the normal Wrangler selection.

Geez...thanks for the visual! Now I'm rethinking the red trim. I'm probably going to be thinking of that image every time I see a red fair lead.

Since the 10A appears to be "less limited" than originally expected, I am considering going back to my dealer to re-negociate the deal. I ordered on 1/15 and got 1% below invoice, no money down or written commitment. I was fine with that when we were looking at 3500-5000 units, but now it looks like Jeep will build what they can sell. Any advice?

It was confirmed that only 5k were for the US, the other 2k are for everyone else.

I would suggest going for at least 2% below invoice simply because that seems to be the average for folks on this forum. I got about 3.8% below invoice because my dealer is pretty cool and I told them I wanted to get at least what everyone on Wrangler Forum was getting (seriously). The 5000-7000 number is still pretty good though. Especially if only 5000 are for the US and the rest are exported. Plus...its a great package.

Dealer confirmed today that my painted fenders is good to go. I may be over the top going with the color matched hardtop and fenders, but it seems black is one of the better colors for it, or at least i am hoping. And with the red accents......If not, i can always put the stock type fenders on it. Was wondering, how many of you guys and gals have found a 10A photo in YOUR color, and made it your PC screensaver??? I look at mine each time i get online!!! AWESOME.

What are you guys painting for the painted hood and fenders? Looks to be around $2k MSRP, guessing you are getting at or just under invoice? Kinda expensive for just a try, no?

My dealer told me today that they could not order another one. He has told several folks about my order. He said it'll be quite the show when mine shows up.

Any one know when/if they will stop the ordering of pre-sold?

Thanks for the boost! I knew I could count on my fellow forum mates!

Now back to more important issues like...

1) Those mattracks look awesome considering I was snowbound for 5 days last week. I think those will be my next business capital investment.
2) Great idea to get a 10A pic on my wallpaper...done.
3) Is anvil blue or grey? Has anyone color balanced those anvil pics? I can't figure out what anvil is, and I am buying one for 42k?

j/k don't address #3.

MSRP is $1200, $1068 invoice price for painted top and fenders.

I know I wanted the painted top and was 50/50 on the fenders. My decision was to go with the painted fenders as well for an extra $178. As its been stated many times, factory black fenders are easier and cheaper to come by than painted fenders. I don't see myself wanting to change, unless I end up going with steel fenders later on.

I'm wondering how much 2 percent below invoice compares to msrp? I was offered around $2,500 off msrp then learned of the 2 percent below invoice. Thoughts?

I personally would stick with the deal you negotiated. I assume you and the dealer shook hands and had an agreement, how would you feel if you showed up to the dealership to pick up your jeep and your salesman said your deal was off and you'd have to pay MSRP if you want to drive home? Seems unlikely but something similar happened to me. I had a deal over the phone with Nielsen Dodge for the 10a and my trade-in. After being there for over an hour filling out paper work, my salesman came back from the manager with a new deal, about 3K more than what we agreed on. His reasoning was simply that he was sorry but he didn't want to do the deal anymore. Oh, and the kicker was that I was a returning customer. Needless to say, I was STEAMED and gave the manager a piece of my mind in front of his dealership. So my point is, I didn't like the way it felt so I wouldn't do the same thing to the dealer. A deal is an agreement. This of course is just my .02 and the the difference between 1% and 3% is really not much.

Moral of the story, shop at Nielsen Dodge in East Hanover, NJ at your own risk! I ended up getting a better deal anyway at Bill Volz in Cordtland Manor, NY, so karma won out in the end. /end rant

Original post 2166 - Ordered my 10A on 2/2, Billet with Red seats, man, dual tops, max tow, smokers group, 730N, Temp Control. Invoice was $41,290. got it for $40,629. (1.6% under) Total "Out The Door" $43,160. Taxes are rough! FFP was $40,952. Sold Order & have VON. Now the wait! And research on that winch! I also was able to get the $500. Military Discount which puts the purchase right at 3% under invoice.
