Ok Thanks, mine 02-02, also in C, probably will be there until first or second week of March I would guess. Need it in June for Montana 2 week trip. Hoping and praying no snags or glitches. Will actually believe it when I have signed papers and drive it home. Till then.

You by chance in the San Antonio area? (I know USAA is everywhere, but Military+USAA=Good Chance in SA!)

The colored ones would only crack if there wasn't enough flex additive in the paint process.... which is actually common.... but a warranty covered issue.... Unless, of course, a nice love tap from an oak tree is the reason it cracked....

Sorry for the "triple post" back to back... to back! Almost unthinkable given how fast this forum thread is growing....

But I have a question to re-post: I've had my VON in hand for over 4 weeks, but VOTS still does not recognize my Name/VON combo... I've seen folks post that they're seeing status updates in VOTS already.... How long is too long before I should be concerned that I don't exist in the system? I just wanna see my name in lights

EDIT: Oops... not three in a row! I knew this forum was too fast for that!

Heck, for Red Lobster and Journey (even with the amazing Asian kid) even I would have let you order a 10A! Welcome to the club of waiting 10A-ers Doc! Of course my wife may have been a little confused, but for a meal and a concert... ;o)

Cracking is common? I did a lot of searching and couldn't find anything like that?

Agree. Never heard about this and never experienced this on my 08 JKU Sahara.

It's official my order has been changed to anvil painted top AND fenders. Similar look to the winter chill arctic edition with a little if fervent color scheme and keeps the transitions of color a little more simple.

Hi I have a small window to get both tops.
I ordered the soft top. I have the hard top and soft. Any suggestions. I really do not have a place to store the hard top. I could rent storage space.

In all makes and models of fender flares, flexible fenders... yes. Former PPG employee. Tons of complaints filed... not PPG's fault, very few body shop folks mix the correct amount of flex additive... flexible plastics WILL crack paint if not mixed properly... It's not a "Jeep Only" issue...

Contact Bushwacker... They'll tell you "If they had a dollar..."

We don't even have our jeeps yet and you want to go out and pretend that you bought one. If I see you stuck you will stay stuck.

Is it illegal or dangerous to drive without the bumper end caps on road

Check your local laws first. If you are clear there, I have run a stubby for 4 years. I like the 37" MTR being the first point of contact.

Been running the LOD shorty ever since I got my 09 and it appears to be the same width as the 10a minus the extentions. Mine will be a shorty as soon as it gets home.

Looks like you'll need to keep the extensions on to be legal (in Ohio)

I bet unless you have to pass some kind of state inspection you would be ok, maybe even then. At least in Oklahoma and Texas where I do most of my wheeling these days they don't care about bumpers. Texas doesn't even require fenders unless it is a commercial plate, can't beat that.

My understanding is that you need to supply your VIN when you order parts. Maybe not.
