There was some guy at the dealer, just got his Mopar 2" lift installed. I can definitely see these are going to need some more lift.

I left my 1991 Cherokee with a 5.25" RE lift at the service department to get a few things done. I miss it already...

Everyone there loves my 91 ...

OK so I just picked up my jeep and remember the price increase....I didn't think anything about it I just assumed they gave me the original pricing from the POC...which I noticed they didn't before I signed the contract/purchase agreement . I brought it up and they said oh yeah that is different. We didn't notice. They apologized and changed it. It was like 180 difference but it was something. I really don't think the dealer did that on purpose. I think they just missed that there was an increase. So this is something you should watch out for.

3 - come back to this forum to complain about how much you hate the ordering, build and delivery process. somewhere in between all that, you'll have some great highs when you see progress in VOTS

you prob already know this Sh*t, but its been a pain in my a$$ so there you go.

: dance:
Bad thing about KBB, doesn't even give an option for 2013 Wrangler value, only lists Patriot. Hmmm...

Thanks for the replies so far. Think I am pretty much going to do this, just trying to get some homework done before committing.

I ordered 2/2 and just picked mine up tonight. My dealer told me 6-8 also.

Thanks everyone... I'll take more photos later, these are from my Blackberry.

Also, everything checks out... correct shift levers and dash plate. Absolutely correct in every way. I'm glad I went with the 730N and 4.10 gears.

I've been reading lately only the 10A can be ordered with an automatic and 4.10 gears now and may not be available in 2014 as an option. So if that's the case then we may have highly sought after factory optioned vehicles in the future.

Makes for excellent resale values.

So, the only difference between the 10A regarding height is the springs correct? The 3" Lift I have seen at the dealer on regular Wranglers would "look" the same on a 10A seeing you are changing out the springs or am I missing something?

Yeah, from my movement sheet looks like then build moves quick on these beasts. I'm not having fun waiting on the train myself.

Heck, from Ohio to MD should be on a car carrier truck instead of rail and be there overnight,

Mine has been shipped from the Toledo plant and so far I have not heard back from my dealer on an estimated travel time from Toledo to Delaware.

I could be finally in my Jeep in a couple weeks!

Damn... REY I just saw these. Completely awesome! I'm going this route with mine.

Is this on a pure stock suspension? No 1" isolator needed?

Wonder if mine will be traveling by train or truck. Toledo is about 8 hours to my dealer so I would say a truck should be fine but who knows. Probably a lot more cost effective to run hundreds of them by rail to the eastern seaboard/north east.

Anyone know how many days I may have to wait?

Supposedly mine will be delivered the 17th, after being built Monday, the 8th. Supposed to go by rail to Jessup, MD, then local truck about 10 or 15 miles. Not holding my breath since it apparently is sitting in Toledo still in KZL.

Hey folks,

You are not getting a free winch. Done. (or a leather jacket?) WTF

The factory pinch seam cut came two months ago. The Mopar enhanced siderails came out in '08. Engineers had nothing to do with it. Cut it. Or the hammer. Either way works.

You are correct Chrysler doesn't care about you. Deal with it.
If you did any research, you would know that. The JK isn't exactly a new platform. They know you can fish or cut bait. Buy an FJ if you don't like it.
Reality. It's a bitch.
They got you by the short hairs and that is the way it is.
Yes, they read these diatribes. I don't blame them for not caring.

For the new guys:
A 10A is a Jeep Wrangler. Questions about lifts, tires, etc. can be found on THOUSANDS of threads. All the questions you have, have been answered before. I would suggest you look for people that have real world experience with a JK.

Just be happy you bought a pretty cool limited edition of a legendary vehicle.

I can't wait to buy a used one in three months. (It rode rough)

You know it's going to happen.

I feel compelled to qualify this statement just as you have several of your posts here. With all due respect, you're coming across like a douche. I know that it is sometimes difficult to evaluate how you will be perceived through the written word in such a forum. I just wanted to make sure that you were clear on that point just in case you are not overtly attempting to be a troll nutsuck. If not, your input is still not constructive or informative.

We're customers, if the customer service sucks, it sucks and we are well within our privilege and rights as consumers and Americans to voice our opinion about it. Just because Jeep treats customers like this all the time doesn't make it right. Accepting it is for pussies and weak minded sheeple. Apparently you have accepted your place among them. Some of us choose not to.

What is japjeep anyway? An FJ Cruiser?
