Question regarding affiliate program discounts...as well as the elusive cash incentive "magic tickets".

Let's say you've negotiated a discount without the use of these. Does the additional 1% off provided by of Tread Lightly take any $$ out of the dealer's pocket? How about the bonus cash directly from Jeep?

If not, can you think of any reason they would not be willing to provide these additional discounts, beyond what has been agreed upon previously?

Anyone with actual experience on this?

Thanks!

If anyone needs a Anvil 10A I know where 2 are on the lots. Morton Il and Pekin. Went and looked at the one in Pekin today. It looks good. Salesman said they was going to put in on the showroom floor.

Did anyone get the passkey warranty ($299msrp) or the dent protection ($499msrp)?
-Passkey is if you lose or break your key, they will replace it and reprogram your other key.
-Dent protection is after getting a dent, they pull the dent out. This does not include paint repairs.
I did get the maximum Mopar care, $2200 msrp, $100 deductable, 100,000 miles or 5 years.

Cool - I'm hoping the dates you got from IAMJEEP apply to mine as well (however I'm sure I'll give them a ring anyway... ).

Under 5 weeks from order to estimated delivery!!!
Just hope they don't load it onto a Cali-bound railcar by accident. That's a long roundtrip...

I'm a huge fan of the grand Cherokee. But I like wranglers more. Also the 10th anniversary looks amazing.

Side note. Anyone know where you can buy the hood?

So, I think this represents my journey so far in my 10A Rubicon ordering process. (10A Rubicon Unlimited, Billet, Dual Top, 430NAV, Black Leather Seats, remote start, side airbags, max tow)

---Just ordered (3/7) :
---1 hour later to my wife:
---1 Week later, nothing in VOTS:
---3 weeks later, in VOTS as Status D:
---hit D1 Status (4/7):
---Checking daily until yesterday:
---Yesterday at Paint:
---Estimating this next week while "In Shipment" as:

Sometimes, this thread has been like a group session. Misery loves company I guess. To all those that still have one on order, fill the time by buying accessories (like I did). Now I hope when it arrives it isn't cracked or broken in some place or another.

btw, if I get it on Friday, she will be dirty by Saturday.

Ask how much more they want to charge you for "Lifetime MaxCare" = 999 months/999,999 miles, $100 deductible. BTW, pushed, but couldn't get mine lower than 2685. Only downside is it is not transferable. Not a worry for me, as I'm driving this until the wheels come off!

Anyone else just get that email from VOTS about the delay in production and that it would be ready by the end of May?! I had an estimated ship date of next week!

Even if individual privacy isn't a concern, they sent to many emails openly.

Warn 10th Anniversarry Winch

I posted about 200 pages ago when I first ordered my 10A. I am told that it will arrive next week. In the previous post I mentioned that I am in the automotive event business. I have made a very informative and genuine contact at Warn. He has given me a few details on the product that pertains to us. He asked me not to post these details and out of respect I will not do so. To be honest a clear cut availability statement was not made anyway.

So what does this mean? I was told that I will receive an email very soon regarding all of the details straight from Warn. At that time I will have the go-ahead to make it public. I will then come to this thread first.

If any of you would like a direct email from me the minute I hear anything just email me at Bill3@CarlisleEvents.com .

I understand that this sounds a little strange, but you have to understand Warn's relationship with Chrysler. Warn is under contract with Chrysler and therefore must respect their wishes and timeline.

The good news is, if we are patient we should have good news forthcoming.

Damn I can't wait until the Anvil brick shows up.
