Any idea if its even coming to Canada? I know jeep took Canadian media to the rubicon trail to test it out.

If my 10a shows up and is colored like a bottle of effin mylanta 1 of two things will happen.

1) I am gonna be hoping the order banks are still open for the 10a and they extended black leather so I can order billet.
2) I will just order a regular billet rubicon

Man I hope you guys are correct when you say the pictures are not catching the color

Sounds like you're gonna need some mylanta for the trip to the dealer.

I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't. None of the other special editions seem to show up on the Jeep.ca website, though that doesn't prove anything.

Every dealer I have ever spoken to is clueless about the simplest things, let alone a limited special edition. So I would not expect a good answer if I asked...

It is coming to Canada. I have ordered one through a local dealer but have not received final pricing. I was supposed to have information last week but nothing has been provided by the dealer.

I thought seriously about switching to white today. I'm not even sure if I care if "white jeeps are chicks" or not

I was hoping I was going to see it at Philly today so I could sleep a little better.

Between Anvilgate, the slim chance the wrangler gets an 8-speed next year, and the fact that parts we thought were AEV are not are making me worry a bit if I jumped in on this thing a hair early. Regardless of all those worries I'm sure I would get one tremendously cool and capable Jeep but that grass is always greener thing is maybe getting to me. If the 10A is coming anywhere within 300 or so miles from Delaware I'm going on a road trip. Detroit is a bit of a hike.

Well, if any of Jeep other non-standard colors are any indication, I am willing to bet that it will look much better in person.

I saw the billet in person today and I think it looks better then any picture I've ever seen of it. If it wasn't so close to my crystal gray metallic I might have seriously considered it.

Sounds way too low to me. The 9.5ctis goes for like 1500 regular, you've got to imagine the dealer mark up is going to be extreme. My guess is we should be voting over/under at 2k. If it turns out to be a thousand I will be shocked.

Does anyone know the specs in this winch? Or not yet? Would you be better off going with an aftermarket winch?

Before my time but Kelly's Hero's is the movie.

I wish I could be more Hakuna matata about the whole thing but it is in fact a 42K purchase and I'm not independently wealthy enough to have no worries about something like that.

Sounds awesome. I just don't know if I will use it right now. I don't go offroading to seriously yet. I'm sure if I ever decide I do want to, I can find it somewhere.

I am not sure where you got you got that idea because Pat stated awhile back that the bumpers were done inhouse

And there is no Anvilgate, just pick a different color.

You guys are good, both got it. That movie is great.

This will probably be my last major purchase since I am getting up there in years. I don't care what shade anvil ends up being. It will be special since it is only avaliable on the 10a and besides I don't want any of the other three choices. Of the other three the only one I would consider is billet.

One thing to note is the Anvil color is on some fleet management paint chart denoting confirmed for 2013 and scheduled for 2014 but unconfirmed. I would not be shocked if they open it for 2014 models at some point. They say exclusive to the 10th Anniversary for 2013 but say nothing about 2014.
