For any of you all that have all ready gotten their 10a, on the four door 10a do you get grab handles for both rows of seats? If not I was going to order some to have when my 10 a gets in. I know this has been talked about on here, but I couldn't remember if you got them for both rows or not.

Guess I will just have to see what I get and order them if I need them. LOL!! Nothing like consistency in production.

I have an appointment at the dealership tomorrow to put one on order. this will be my first Jeep and I can barely stand still thinking about it. I am slowly plowing my way through this thread getting as much info as I can.

I haven't come across it yet though, so could someone tell me, is the 10A partially lifted or just sitting higher than a standard rubi?

springs are 1 inch taller than standard rubi, tires are .5 inch smaller in diameter than standard rubi. 10A is about .5 inch taller than standard rubi. Hope this helps

You guys are going to love this. I have been beating on my sales guy about the mopar hood locks and the 10A winch. I realize he's in sales and not parts, but still.

Directly from the dealer:

"I checked on the Winch and hood locks. One of my parts department employees is an expert on up fitting the Wranglers, and he said Mopar does not offer hood locks, but he could find some aftermarket if you wish. As for the winch, he said the bumper need to be replaced and if you go to Jeep.com and look under Mopar accessories, you can view all the aftermarket bumpers available that are winch compatible."

Rear is 1/2" higher, front is an inch or more higher due to the leveling they did to the stance.

If you get a JKUR, you are supposed to get 4 grab handles and two coat hooks. If you buy a JK you get nothing. My sales guy gave me two grab handles and one coat hook for my JK from somewhere else.

The 10A bumper is designed to take several winches. You don't need to buy an aftermarket bumper. Aftermarket bumpers are pre-10A. I have posted the correct part numbers for the special 10A winch and plate. It is coming. Please wait.

Wonder, 75% of my miles are highway at 70+mph since purchased. Don't think you'll have a problem. Enjoy Las Vegas, it's one of my old hometowns. Miss the place!

So I had the dealer change the TPMS threshold down to 28 PSI, they didn't even bat an eye and several agreed that 43 was too much for the tires on a daily basis.

Congrats! I was also part of that (comical indeed) mass email group, yet my 10A hasn't arrived to my dealer.

Hopefully next week..., and hopefully mine will come as flawless as yours.

Mine has been in final inspection since 3-28. It was finally released to KZ status this morning, after approx. 43 days! The dealer and local Chrysler rep. claim the plant won't tell them the reason for the delay. My deduction, however, is that it must have been a paint issue because any defective component, like a hood or seat, could have been swapped out by now.

Very interesting. I feel your pain. Mine was ordered 1-29-13. it's been stuck in final inspection since 3-28. You better believe i am going to be looking at that paint job very carefully upon delivery. Mine's billet, however, so it's not something unique to the color.

That's crazy overpriced!

Have any of you installed the AEV spare tire carrier to the rear bumper of a 10a Rubicon? I know the bumper skin comes with a hole pre-cut to fit the support post for this carrier, but I am wondering whether you have to remove the entire bumper cover in order to install the tire carrier's support hub. I asked the AEV sales rep, who confirmed the spare tire carrier fits the 10a's bumper. Unfortunately, neither Jeep nor AEV have issued written install instructions for the 10a bumper. Thank you for your assistance with his project!
