No. AC with Auto Temp is a $155.00 option.

It's funny to read all this stuff about the ac with auto temp control. My dealer tried to talk me out of it saying it was useless. I had it in my Tahoe, once you get used to how it works its awesome. I told them I just wanted it and to do it... Like the engine block heater...

Auto air is an upgraded option. May as well comment on the 730 while here. I love it. It's finding locations that the 430 in my 2011 couldn't find.

Just kidding - thanks for the info! I ordered mine with air conditioning and was searching the interwebs looking for details about the difference!
The thought of not getting A/C makes me want to cry. Of course, I love in Florida but still, Its to hard to add it later.

I stopped for a while to have dinner and when driving back along the same route I noticed that it seemed to have more power. The ecu might have adjusted something, but its probably me just getting used to it. It's definitely quieter than the TJ, and its really comfortable. I'm now convinced all the auto journalists who claim that its only mediocre on road are d-bags. Yeah it wanders, but its pretty darned civilized. I could certainly commute in the thing everyday with no problem. The 6 speed is really easy to. The seats are very comfortable.
Also, I really like the 730. It has comparable features to everything else out there. It's really easy to use and its waaaay more responsive than the MyFord Touch in our 2013 Escape. Got to take the freedom panels off between rain storms and I'm really glad I got the hard top. With the panels off its almost as good as having the top off and a lot more convenient. One thing is that it doesn't have center lower latch anchors, so I either have to give up one back seat or attach the car seat base with the belt. I think I'm going to use the belt, so I can carry more than 2 passengers. The door seals seem fine. In fact everyone who gets in it doesn't close the doors hard enough so EVIC gives me a warming. I have mixed feelings about the bumpers but they certainly look good. My wife doesn't like the Anvil or the Red, but she acknowledged that its mine so it doesn't matter to her. I think she'll come around though. I got 4 grab handles, 2 clothes hangers and one freedom panel bag. All in all its definitely worth the wait.
I'll take some more pics tomorrow.
You said you had mixed feels on the bumpers, if you ever want to put different bumpers on, I'll buy yours from you anytime.

Don't know ... but mine has the same number as WonderJeep > 052AA

The MDH has been around for decades. This is an agency controlled label for purposes of identification and traceability. It typically carries information such as VIN, color, trim and engine.. which is probably identified in that long bar code string.

This label replaced the fender tag name plate you see on older cars.

Since I manage documentation and labeling for a medical device manufacturer, I see this contains fixed and variable data within the same code.

Example .. you have 05AA, WJ and I share 052AA.

Since I manage documentation and labeling for a medical device manufacturer, my guess this is fixed and variable data identifying the controlled label form (electronic template) and number times the label was printed (thermal printing) .. requiring reconciliation so that a duplicate label isn't applied to another vehicle.

Imagine if there were two Wranglers out there labeled with the same VIN..

It also could be used for another purpose...

But that's my best guess..

I'm coming from a traded in Infiniti FX35
It had 15 more HP but the wrangler feels like it has far less than that. Mind you I'm not riding the pedal yet due to breaking it in.
But I did get quickly reminded by a friend and my wife that it's a jeep and there are advantages of this 10a over the FX so I am now content and pleased.
My wife loves the Anvil on Red

So far mine is in good quality condition, had 8 inches of rain in 2 days and no freedom top leaks, keeping fingers crossed that I have a good build. It sure is a head turner wherever we go.

I ordered a 2 door on Friday! Silver with black interior, Hardtop, 4.10 gears, Auto, Uconnect 730n, auto temp control and trailer tow. Now I somehow have to make it through the next 4 to 6 weeks!

Grats, its agonizing. But when you get it the wait that you endured is fast forgotten.

Just got mine last night. Need help.

Picked up a Storm Trooper White. Matching Hard Top and Fenders. Uconnect/Nav. Auto. Red Leather Interior. It's actually for the wifey. It was love at first sight for her. We had 1998 Sport back in college and have been dying to get back into a wrangler.

I was told that if I get it lifted at the dealership they will warranty everything for three years. This is the only reason why I'm not going aftermarket. I already purchased the 2.5" Bilstein lift with car. But I have until Monday to cancel if I want to go with something else.

Question #1 - Should I go with the Fox 3" lift? Dealer said a 2.5" is the best option since I can go back to stock at anytime. A 3" means no going back. A 3" looks so much more cool though. Is a 2.5" worth doing at all?

Question #2 - I also ordered 17" XD Strikes with 35" BFGoodrich Mud Terrains. I'm really starting to dig the stock 10a wheels though. It makes the whole jeep look futuristic. Has anyone run the stock 10a wheels with a fat 35" tire? In my head it looks cool, but I'm wondering if the stock wheels are too narrow.

TIA

Asianhulk, I could have picked it up the day it came in. I had 3 days of back to back migraines and didn't even get to the dealer until yesterday. BTW it is still their. I had purchased some high end polish and a bottle of sealant. It needs to stay dry and cure overnight. They will deliver it to me tomorrow. My experience was ok when working with the salesmen, the finance guy was horrible and I was about to walk on the deal. He was ok until I told him I didn't want any extras but he still went through his normal spill and I had to tell him no at least 10 times every time he tried to up sale me to undercoating, extended warranty, Gap Insurance etc. When I told him I would undercoat he I was ignorant to think I could do a as well as his staff could do. He wanted $890.00 for GAP Insurance, Alaska USA, who I got my load from charges $290.00 and offers the same as the dealers.

When they first came back yesterday and told me what my trade-in was worth I told them I would be back in a day, needed time to think. Two seconds later another salesmen came to the booth and said he had someone who wanted to test drive the 10A. I am not stupid, excused myself to the men's room but walked outside in time to see the person take the 10A to the back lot, not for a test drive. When I finally was given more for my trade I told them I was going with my car loan evwn though it was .25% more than there's, I refused to allow them to get anything more by getting a kickback from whatever bank they used. Suddenly the dropped their rate from 3.75% down to 2.5%. That would end up saving me allot so in the end I went with their bank. Salesmen new I was upset and took me aside and saved me more money, with something else..... I could type for hours on other things about the as.... of a finance officer they have there, but from what I hear from others I am not the first one to have this problem with this guy...

Would I buy from Lithia Anchorage again, hard to say, I wouldn't if I had to deal with the same guy, but would if they had someone else. This guy was a major jerk. I won't even go into the problems and half truths I had with my trade-in. Sorry for the vent.

Josh, my salesmen works today, tell him I sent you, I am sure he will take you in the back where my 10A is. He can call me if he doesn't believe you.

Jim

Thanks JD! I joke by telling people I'm the biggest Asian I know!

Jim, sorry for your experience man and for your migraines. My sales guy is josh too, he's a great guy and a navy vet to boot. I may take your offer and have a look at it. You picking it up Monday then? Hey by the way, what time did they call you?

I know people have shared their stories of long wait times...

Here in N. Texas, they are just hanging out like old stock (2 Black, Anvil, Billet and White).

Should this go in the 10a "porn" thread?

I have been checking dealer inventory on the Jeep site, and had my dealer trying to do a dealer trade. We found one equipped the way I wanted on a dealer lot 800 miles away that had someone coming to look at it, the dealer said if that person didn't buy it they would do a dealer trade. Well they sold it that night!
I found a JKU equipped exactly as I want it 25 miles away but I really want a 2 door. So I guess I will be impatiently waiting for mine to be built!

Hey guys, those that have installed the Mopar tail light lens guards, did you just reuse the stock 4 screws on each side? The 4 screws that came in my kit are larger than the stock and don't want to force them in on the outer sides.

I went with the 3" Mopar lift with Fox shocks installed by my "dealer recommended" Xtreme Outfitters - they only work on Jeeps! The lift is incredible and the ride is better than stock with 35" KM2's! You should not settle for less.....

I have a 2012 JKU-R... I also had a scuff and a small slice on the steering wheel leather... I did make a deal out of it, now after a little over one and a half years the scuff and the small slice on the steering wheel just blended in. The scuff and the small slice is on the back side of the steering wheel... I was not able to see it but I was able to feel it when steering.
Congrats...

This maybe the lift I go with. It's expensive, but who ever has it speaks nothing but amazing things bout it.
I'm just wondering if I can build a BDS kit for less.....with similar components
