That's a sweet setup. So you had it done at the dealership, what did you put in?

Headliner / Sound Deadener?

Has anyone installed these? MOPAR sells them and I was curious if they were worth it.

Thanks.

Doubt it. Anvil is also available on the 2014 Cherokee Trailhawk.

Anvil will be a short run color. I'm guessing it will only be open for 30-45 days at the longest.

C'mon, you can't drop that in here and not share any detail... You know there are plenty of us what want to know what took you from Before to After! At least post up some specs and details over in the 10A Mod thread! Thanks!

Hmmm, dirty, rotten, rasafras... Still a great color!

Any word on the winch yet Pat? Thanks.

Can you tint the soft top windows darker? Or buy darker ones? Going to get the hard top done but the soft top is what is on during the hot months. I have already scratched my back window up rolling it up guess its just better to take it out

Max, do you have details on what the lift was and the requirements for it? Did they have to reinforce the axles? Details please and put it up in the Rubicon mods thread..

Just picked up our 10A today! Drove almost 250 miles to get her, but it was worth it once we seen those beautiful red leather seats. Anvil is such a great color for this jeep, and I dont care if its on 14s or not! Cant wait to lift and slap some 35s on. Bank account says not so fast

I know pics....but I am a newb!

JKU 10A anvil, red leather, Black top&flares, 730 and Auto. That seems like the major stuff.

I have been researching them quite a bit. Look at the pictures and zoom in. I didn't care for the look of the Mopar liners. The Hotheads get really good reviews and people consistently report that they look factory. Planning on ordering them the next time they are on sale.

Congratulations on the new ride! Where did you have to that far in Mo.? I was thinking you were not too far from KC.

Pictures and plans or keeping her stock?

Anyone get regular carpet floor mats in the front as well as the mopar slush mats? I'm having a battle here, being told the 10A only comes with the Mopar Slush mats. No regular rubicon carpet mat as well. This would be a thin carpet mat with the same hooking deal that protects the actual carpet. Very hard to believe they wouldn't provide that standard item which comes with all Rubicons as well.

Maybe they are afraid people would try using them together and there might be issues.

this is slowly looking to be the case, no regular rubicon carpet mat. stupid. it's too cumbersome for the summer. another 100 dollars down the drain, bought mopar slush mats for the rubicon I traded in, if I new and if the info via the window sticker wasn't so misleading, I would have taken out the carpet mats from the old rubi, gladly given the bought slush mats, and kept the carpet ones for the 10A.

I lowered all of them to 35 PSI, which according to the chalk roll out test I did, is still a wee bit high. I wanted to see how it drove, which is fine. Its quieter and rides better. I'm probably going to go down a few more PSI. The TPMS is dead on accurate. Also, I've found the the pressure varies when driving or parking in the sun. The tires go back up to 40 PSI on the highway. Every time I start the jeep I get a beep and warning from EVIC. The little tire warning light also stays on. Someone here on the forum mentioned taking it to the dealership to have the threshold changed. I haven't tried that yet but I probably will when I take it in to have the AC lines fixed. I could see them refusing to do that though. I'm also not sure if the AEV procal will allow you to change the threshold or just disable TPMS. I like the TPMS.

I took mine to a dealer to see about having the thresholds adjusted and the dealer said "nope can't be done" to that I asked what my options were because 43 psi was way to high, they said "you could remove the sensors but you will still have the warning and light, so in reality you are SOL".

I installed Boom Mats the other week. I like them. They definitely make the interior cooler and they seem to make it quieter. They also give the inside of the hardtop a more finished look.

I lowered mine to 35 too and used the AEV Procal to lower it to 28psi it works and all the lights and beeping went away! Lol

I notice my tire pressure going up and down with different temps

Just spent an hour with the parts guy sorting out the mat nonsense. Here's the low down:

1. All Rubicons come with a fitted carpet mat that hooks on to the hook, this is a standard OEM part that make up the Rubicon.

2. 10A doesn't come with this rather the clunky winter slush mat only. Mopar slush mat is an after market part which you can buy for any model Wrangler.

You have to order the fitted OEM Rubicon carpet mat which is more expensive than the after market premium carpet mat,. This because it is standard equipment vs. aftermarket.

below is the standard OEM carpet mat, having had it before it is a fanastic fit, so much so you have to grope it to know it is there, below that is the premium 24 oz after market mat, as you can see it is as big and probably fits like the mopar slush mat. Original small fitted mat is +/- 130 vs. +/-90 (much less for either if you shop around) for the bigger premium after market one. Just ordered the original small fitted on as it fits like a glove:

stock OEM (more expensive)

premium aftermarket (cheaper)

Sweet. Thanks. I'm going to pick up a ProCal at some point anyway. Its nice to know it doesn't just disable TPMS.
