I actually contacted xtreme outfitters yesterday told them you were the one who recommended them and they said your jeep was there getting some more extras

Yes, they told me you sent a pretty detailed email to them!
And your trying to go big but not impact the driveline I heard! Can't say enough about them! They sent me the pictures I just posted! They keep you well informed of the progress.... Next thing for me will be the winch.... They are about an hour from me which is perfect otherwise I'd live there and be BROKE!

I just picked her up from dealership. I am so excited. No rattles but the engine is making a ticking sound. Anyone experience that?

Once the jeep is built, it gets inspected. For most, it's one day unless it gets picked for a random, detailed inspection that could last several days. Nothing to do with curing the paint. Mine was built on a Monday and at my dealership by that Thursday, but I'm less than 3 hours from the jeep factory. The main reason it takes awhile for delivery is getting the the rail cars and trucks "full" of vehicles first.

Unless you get pulled for a detailed inspection (which can take upwards of 4 weeks, in some cases), the biggest time sink after the build is going to be the transportation. My build was pulled for something - quality control issue or something - and according to VOTS was actually "shipped to storage" for 3 weeks. Luckily, I happen to live within trucking range of the plant, so once they released it, the Jeep was at my dealership in 2 days.

Many other people have had 2+ weeks from the time it shipped from the plant to the time they got it due to loading / unloading rail cars, transferring to a truck before arriving at dealer, waiting for a full truck before departing, etc.

I'd love to find the time to see it on your Jeep but if I remember right you are in the Sterling Heights area which makes it a little harder on me with my limited time, Caveman and me live probably 10 minutes from each other. If you want to shoot down to Dearborn Heights on Friday and can be there around 5 your more than welcome to come. Heck I'll buy you a drink too. The address of the VFW is 6828 Waverly Dearborn Heights, Michigan 48127

Yeah thinking of vacationing down there on the medina river while they work on it. Wanted to go bigger but figured I wouldn't change the drivelines until later try and take advantage of warranty as long as I can I suppose. I did get a little carried away with my email because of the excitement, but can't wait to see what they come up with for me and for my future trips down there for more mods!

It almost makes you think it was intentional, heh.

Hello everyone, congrats on those of you who have received your 10A's already and I wish everyone who is still waiting a very short wait! I'm a long long time lurker, so long I actually thought I had an account until I went to log in. Lol

I found a 10A in transit and negotiated using TL. I was hoping that someone could confirm that the dealer's invoice pricing is correct (where ??? are). I had a couple different #'s from the info and pricing thread on the 2013 JKUR Base price and also the Dual Tops. Does it look right? Thanks again, first new vehicle and I haven't been in a wrangler since I was hit in my '93 YJ in 2006!

JKUR Base - $ (32,198 + 995 dest = 33,193)??? I have 32,941 w/dest.
10A 24J - $ (4806)
Dual Tops - $ (1589)??? I calculated 1856-356 = 1500
Auto - $ (1001)
Auto Temp - $ (138)
430n - $ (921)
Remote Start - $ (441)
Gas - $ (19)

Total $42,108
1% below = 41,687 + 75 doc

I never received mine either. Are they transferrable or does it have your name on it. I'm in southeast PA as well, if you have no use for it!

I know the pricing is close. I am just looking for someone to confirm if there was a base price increase not reflected in the "2013 info thread" and every way I add and subtract the top groups, given that the premium top group is included in 10A I don't get the dealers $1589.

Dealer agreed to do an additional 1.25% below TL but that doesn't really matter if they have it added back in on those two lines I'm questioning. Maybe Pat or another dealer will confirm the base price increase and that chrysler is not discounting the premium top exactly what it's upgrade price is.

your question is confusing, according to the '13 list here the dual top is

DUAL TOP GROUP (includes PREMIUM BLACK SUNRIDER SOFT TOP) $2085 ($1856)

1856 being the invoice price. Is your concern the dealer added a dollar?

Positrak: Sorry for the confusion, where are you seeing $1? The premium top $400 (356) is already included in the 10A package of (4806) so it needs to be credited back on the Dual Top package. (1856 - 356(prem top) should be 1500) correct?

I just signed a contract on a 10A JKUR scheduled for train departure today, dealer arrival on 17 June, transferred dealers and final delivery on 20-22 June.

Thanks to many for the info that helped me out.

I saw the invoice pricing sheet for my new Jeep and can confirm prices on a few options. I got hit with the new price increase, and I know my MSRP price and invoicing total was $6 short, based on guessing base and auto trans invoice price increase, but I didn't write down the exact numbers. All other options didn't go up, from what I saw.

10A-JKUR White/Red
MSRP / Invoice (all # in US $)
Base - 34295 / 32307 ? - JKUR
Auto - 1200 / 1069 (fairly sure)
Max tow - 390 / 347. -- didn't want this option
4:10 - 195/174
Body color fenders - 200/178 -- didn't want this option
Body color top - 1395/1242 -- didn't want this option, but will be cooler inside and easier to scratch
730n - 1520/1353 -- wanted 430n or no nav
Remote start - 495/441 (side airbags was the same on another one) -- didn't want this option, but was ok with it.

I got 1% under invoice and $500 military. MSRP 46,085/invoice 42912/1%- 42,483/-$500+75doc fee=42,508 OTD, plus TTL.

I also talked my way out of a delivery charge (190 miles, I found out). All dealer would say was within 350 miles. Ironically it will likely be trucked right by home en-route from the rail to the other dealer. I don't know if they can redirect straight from the rail off load yard.

I have a brand new never used 2012 premium soft top I got for 2009 JKUR, and a 9.5XP from the 09 that I don't know if it will fit, even if we had the mounting plate. Plus some other do-dads that may or may not go on the 10A.

The plan was for a regular JKUR for $38-39k MSRP, but thanks to a lack of availability and dragging my feet on ordering didn't happen. My wife and I both fell in love with the white 10A hood and had to have it somehow. Plus she loved the red leather, even though we wanted cloth. I put her through enough window and internet shopping and my indecision trying to save money in the right places, that it cost me. She said to go all out for it if we could get the 1% under and be done with the stress. We almost bought a sport s to fix up over time, but missed it, and then a low end Sahara that really only gave us unwanted painted fenders for $2k over the Sport S, which lead us back to trying to dealer transfer a JKUR. Then the hood and red leather came back to haunt me and just missed a billet on the lot. The new salesman went all out to find me one that wasn't already sold. That dealer gave me ok pricing on my trade, but no where near what I thought was fair, and added no charge for the transfer after my negotiating.

The other huge dealer wanted MSRP on ANY trade, and sticker on 10A's they had due in (all black leather) and would drop my trade another $3500. They had already dropped the trade $1500 in less than 30 days and less than 20 new more miles

I see what you're after. Don't think it works like that. Look at your window sticker, for example on mine the 10A package includes the below only, while the dual top group is separate from the 10A package and priced accordingly (quick checking other stickers, none show any top included in the 10A pacakge http://tinyurl.com/lus7cp5 )

Right, I see they give some sort of credit just not the full amount. On the window sticker you posted Dual Tops are at $1785 on a 10A, where Dual Tops on any other model are $2085. So the difference is $300 MSRP even though the premium top option is $400 MSRP. Damn double dipping, exact reason I was set on finding one without Max Tow since $350ish of the tow package already comes on the rubicon (rear, springs, cooler, sway control).

It has my name on it and a voucher code / ID that I am assuming is tied to my name. Others have said it was not was transferable.

I can't wait to get home from work to take her for a drive. This is such a dramatically different Wrangler from my 2010 Sahara that I am not sure I want to mess with her. Not yet anyway

Will take better photos soon. Not that you all haven't seen others but I am a proud papa and want to show her off.

Also the 430N is awesome. I had the 730 in my last vehicle and this version crushes it.

Happy happy happy.

Park View

My 10A won't arrive for another month but I asked about seeing if they could install the Mopar Park View (rear camera). I was told the dealership could not do it. So it may be Lock Pick time...

I just got mine today! But it would have been worse if I had received it within 2 weeks of getting my 10A in April! Lord Chrysler is messing with me! Now if I could use it on half doors! And it states on the certificate that it is only for the person named or immediate family members in their household. My wife has a 12 Ford Explorer that seats 7, so I won't be in the market for a few years! But the 10A is still worth that extra $500 they didn't give me.

There was a price increase in March of this year on the base price and a couple of option on the JK. I don't think it was reflected on the list. And I would try to get a little more out of the dealer. But that's because I'm a tad greedy. Congrats on not having to wait forever for your 10A!
