Check the 10a rubicon mods thread. I did a write up a self made solution. I think there were a few others who did the same.

I have a reasonable dumb question for those that remove the two front freedon panels often. The owner's manual (thick one), and a couple of video's i saw online show the procedure (one of the video's may be MOPAR), all show a different sequence to remove them, etc. What the heck, does it matter? How do you do them? Also, it seems to be a slight pain to get the second panel in the protective bag, any tips?

Well, it's not a dumb question at all. I'm unsure if it matters too much for removing the freedom panels, though you certainly need to remove the driver's side first. They came off easy as anything. However, I've learned from experience now that it definitely matters how you put them back on. We had a tough time getting them aligned correctly, even though I had expected them to go on as easy as off. So it does seem to matter what sequence you follow when putting them back on. At least for my 10A it does. The set of instructions that seemed best was not from the manual or the videos, but from the instruction "card" that was wrapped around the passenger sun visor. If you still have it, take a look. To me at least they seemed the clearest, and the sequence for replacing the panels worked for me. Good luck!

I just wanted to mention that there's one more 10A Rubicon owner who's joined the club. I actually got it last week but between work, family and a little driving around I haven't been on the forum very much to share the news until now.

I got a 2-door in Anvil with red seats, 430N, side airbags, 4.10 gears, dual top and a few other extras. This is my first Wrangler and I absolutely love it. By the way, it has the leak on the passenger floor that some of you have encountered, and also that weird vibration that another member tracked down to the heater pipes (at least I think that's what it is), but I really don't care. It just adds character and I'll get it sorted out. I'm just so happy with it a couple issues don't bother me at all. I really, really love it.

Hey, I've even given and received Jeep waves! I'm a happy man.

Finally got to see one of these tonight. Took an out of the way drive on Fathers Day when I found out a dealer 50 miles away had one. It was a JKU in Anvil with color matched top, black fenders and red interior. Kicked myself for not ordering one back in the spring, it is perfect from the factory and the bumpers/hood/seats/color is even better than I imagined.

Enjoy those 10A's!

Took the hard top off today, installed the soft top rails and latched down that tight beast. Now, I gotta get the HOSS storage system. Can't leave the hard top in the kitchen. Lol

Thank you. My appointment with Leak specialist at Westbury Jeep is July 11. Hopefully i have the same issue. With the rain we are getting in NY these days I am kind of annoyed about this.

Took the doors off for the first time this weekend. You get a lot more looks from people running around town with no doors.

What no block heater, I guess that means you don't plan on spending a winter up here in Alberta? LOL.

I guess I don't blame you, mind you winter wheeling can be lots of fun!

LOL. I would love to do some winter wheeling up there. Although it does get down to the teens where I live and snows a bit. The garage stays about ~40 to ~50 degrees in the winter. No ice to scrape off, just get in and go. That is of course there isn't a wall of snow in front of the garage when I open it.

I didn't see this info up yet, just was released last week so I thought I would share the news.

Mopar 10A Front Bumper Winch Mounting Kit - 82213840 - Price not announced

The number is not currently active, release of parts not scheduled. Rumors of before Sept, but that doesn't mean anything lol

Hope this helps anyone anxious to get a Zeon-10s on there

Got my rig back from the dealer, said leak was from drivers door seal. Gonna wait for the next rain storm and see what happens. Hopefully she stats dry inside.

Picture of the area they replaced attached.

Yeah.. the only reason I can think of for them taking so long to release something is they are waiting to get several years included.

What did they repair.. did they just replace the seal? Also, how bad was the leak I had a little water the last time it rained (for a few consecutive days), but I am not sure if it was just from me getting in and out of the vehicle.

That is an after replacement shot. They replaced the whole seal. Said the original was split at the seam that runs across the top of the seal. Should have got a pic of the before but didn't think of it. After the next rain storm I will post if it got wet or not.

The amount of water that caused me to take it in was about a 7" diameter puddle in my slush mat. The carpet beneath it was wet, I would not say soaked, but enough that you could push down on it and hear/ feel water in the carpet.

Had a little rain this afternoon. Got a few drips inside. Decided to closely inspect the door area and I saw this difference. Pic one is passenger side, notice the lip of rubber. Pic two is drivers side, notice the lip of rubber is almost not even there.
Looked at another JK and the lip is present on the drivers side.
The thing I noticed is the foam (right after the lip of rubber) on the passenger side is dry and the foam on the drivers side is wet. So I am thinking this lip of rubber acts to divert the incoming water. With it being almost not even there on the drivers side, this is likely the reason I am still getting drips inside. Curious as to your thoughts and if you get a chance please look at your door area and let me know if yours is the same or different than mine. Thanks.

Had to take mine in twice. They made it worse the first time they had it by just sticking on the weather strip material. More water in both foot wells than before on both sides after the first rain storm.

Pitched a fit, and they replaced both factory door seals. Problem solved. No more leaks.
