Does anyone have the 10A with the black seats in Canada - preferably Alberta?
If so, please send me a message.

Nope Calgary, Anvil/Red. I have seen two other units in Calgary, one just like mine 4 door and a 2 door same colour at Big 4, but I think it's sold now. I also talked to two from Edmonton, one from High level and one in Fort Mac, and none were black seats.

From my dealer-
The Jeep is scheduled to sail this weekend and should be arriving in to Bremerhaven around 18-19 July.
It will then be shipped from Bremerhaven to Boeblingen which can take 2-3 weeks.
After it arrives in Bremerhaven I will be in touch so we can start the Customs paperwork.

15psi on trail. Do need to be mindful of objects that can cut sidewalls, but otherwise it's a big upside in ride and grip.

I have seen one billet 10a with black seats in Edmonton at a dealership back in April that someone has ordered early so they were able to get what the wanted. I have an anvil coming in with red seats. Should be here on the 9th!

Well we have a leak on the passenger door and the check engine light came on. Got an appointment to take it in on Tuesday. Still loving our 10A!

Wow, I was running @25 and I thought that may have been too low....15! I'd be scared about the tire rolling right off the rim!

No your good at 15, I've even had my last jeep 08JKU, down to 12 PSI. I have only had tire issues when I ran at 36 PSI, a sharp rock ripped the sidewall. Every time I lowered the air I get better grip and traction.

Worried about 25? Heck I run at 28 full time on the street, it's great for even wear of tread.

I believe you reduce your gas mileage when you run too low on the street. Also more friction so more ware. I would recommend between 34-40 PSI. I am not sure why they are recommending and delivering these units with such high tire pressure. Maybe someone who knows more than me can answer this. If I hazard to guess I think is got something to do with their claim on gas mileage, but just a guess.

Ok I don't have a 10a just a TJ so I'm sure it's different but 28 works great for me.

I had heard 15-20 was the right number, but the convincing experience was with an instructor who indicated 12-15psi is viable, and then took us there. Better ride, clear traction gain, and no issues. I also found this article through the WF, that explains the "why" behind it all:

http://arbusa.wordpress.com/2011/10/...ire-pressures/

I am also running less on the road, now starting the day at 37psi COLD. Better ride and handling, and no noticeable issues with wear (almost 5K miles now). It rises into the low 40s at speed. Someone on here did a chalk test, and found with our tires on our vehicles this is about right. At 43psi cold, only the center of the tread is making contact from the chalk test.

Sorry if I missed this, but has anyone with an Anvil 10A used red plasti dip on the Jeep emblem or hinges? Tried searching, but nothing showed up.

Anyone with a black 10A interior willing to share their VIN with me in a PM? I've got an Anvil/Red 10A and wanted to swap out the black off-road switches for red. The local dealer's parts department is telling me that the red switches are a VIN-specific part and, well, obviously mine doesn't match a permissible VIN.

Well I'm in, picked it up today, Anvil, no painted top or fenders with black seats, just the way I wanted. Had a local dealer working on finding and bringing one in for me but wasn't having any luck, took matter into my own hands today and drove 300 miles to dealer outside of Memphis that the website site said they had, they did, we worked the deal and I drove it home late today, rode great on the highway, just need to get it out where it really belongs on the trails.

Way excited but exhausted from a long day but well worth it.

Looking forward to being part of the "club" and exchanging info on the special edition 10A.

Congrats and welcome aboard! And with that, I believe we just crossed the 15,000 post mark. Been a great ride so far!
