Front plate/bumper question.
Got the jeep a few days ago and I didn't have the dealer install front plate.
Just wondering if there is a steel plate behind the plastic Rubicon bumper cover.

Finn, a couple of pages back I believe it was Pat that put out some info on the winch, including pricing for it and the mounting plate, and when ordering would start. That info included pictures of it. It was Jeep Fact Sheet #156.

My front right "gap" is almost 3/4" less than the front left side. It seems my gaps are all within 1/4" except the right front being so low. I measure from the bottom lip of my plastic fender straight down to the center of the Jeep logo center cap. My tires were at 47psi at the time, and I have a 4 door plastic hardtop. Someone with a similar set-up please measure your gaps and post them. Thanks. LF 21 7/8, RF 21 1/8, LR 21 5/8, RR 21 7/8.

Been way too busy to post more pics, but here is my 10a that I got a few weeks ago! Someone was also asking about white 10a's so hopefully they will see this as well!

Over first impressions from a first time jeep owner...ecstatic!

Money is always an object, I just prefer OE (now's the time w/ovetime in a combatzone)

If (big IF) the 10AEs are collectable I beleive a 10AE winch and plate will add to the value- that and I know it'll be covered by Mopar.

Naaa, but their shop is 1 hour away (each way) so I end up taking another vehicle to get back but they were dropping this bad boy off at the dealership so picked mine up! This is the one featured on Motorhead Garage's show, it's the two part show on the 10A. Part 2 is tomorrow @ 4E on the Velocity channel.

This looks just like the same Jeep that was at Rugged Ridged here in ATL. several weeks ago. And it was being assembled there with all the RR items

So is this a accurate post? Or did they do something different on the show?

Not sure what Rugged Ridged did in ATL but I can say 100% this is one of the two 10A's built for the Motorhead Garage TV show, I was actually there during the filming.... And they were built by Xtreme Outfitters in Kerrville TX. The caption/show description confirms the build location.

That 10A is bad arse! Looks like Extreme Outfitters can handle any type of job. They got anything for the front plate holder that I can order?

Finally gonna got a date to get the jeep to kerrville, probably end of September when I can take vacation but already got a plan.

3” Mopar Prerunner Lift (incl. Installation) $3000.
Teraflex Tire Carrier Complete $725.
Install Tire Carrier $55.
Ballistic Jester Wheels 17” (5@175) $875.
Mickey Thompson MTZ 35” (5@350) $1750.
Mount/Balance/Breakdown Factory for sensor swap (5@25) $125.
Locking Lugs $50.

Subtotal: $6580.00
Tax on Parts $391.50
Total: $6971.50

O and a steering stabilizer so add a couple hundred but can't wait. I only wish I lived closer so I could get her down there sooner and more often!!

Hey Meatball! My daughter is working me to death! Of course she wants Xtreme Outfitters to pick hers up direct from the dealer and put the lift, wheels, rims & tire carrier on immediately..... (Kids)! She comes down Fri.

As far as the front plate I hear Xtreme is very close to having a package out shortly! I'll ask again the status tomorrow.....

I watched that yesterday, and when that guy drove into the water, I thought for sure he was going to hydrolock that Jeep on the first drive out, heh.

That would have cut about 15 minutes off the episode, lol.

Thanks! I definitely love it so far! But so does everyone else! I think friends and colleagues have driven it more than I have!

I honestly didn't. But the realization was made when I hopped in the first time! I was just excited to get to the dealership and see her. I had phone calls and emails from just about everybody at the dealership telling me how great she was. They were right!
