My 10A has the auto temp feature on the drivers side knob and I noticed there is an auto choice also on the passenger side knob where you choose where you want air to flow or defrost etc. does anybody know what that auto is for?

Thanks,
Ed

Auto selects which vents it uses, uppers for AC and lowers for heat and also auto selects the defog/defrost vents up on the windshield. I'm not sure how it knows to use these but it used them the last time I needed to defog a bit on a really cold morning.

Here's my 10A now! Still loving it although I sort of miss the stock wheels the new one's are going to look sick when I get the rash rings powder coated red to match the red accents.

35x12.5 Toyo ATII/Mopar 3" prerunner/Rugged Ridge rims.

Looks good to me!

I have a 2012 JKU Sport and I'm contemplating pulling the trigger on a lightly used 2013 JKUR 10th Anniversary Anvil Red because I like them so much.

Question for anyone up north, have you had tire pressure drop down to 30 something psi due to cold weather and get the tire psi warning light with all four tires flashing on the psi reading page? Just got cold here in Texas and it's telling me 35psi is too low, is there a way to get it to stop beeping at me every time I turn the key? Thanks!

Wondering who else has a 10th anniversary in Northwest Arkansas. Just pulled into a restaurant and saw one identical to ours. Sure would be cool to get a picture of the two of them together.

I had my dealer change my settings to come on at 33psi. Some dealers will not help to do this adjustment, so good luck! Or you could invest in
A "AVE" pro cal , there are. Other programmers out there.

I had the dealer change my setting. It came from the factory set to 43 LOL so they adjusted it down for me when I was in for an oil change.

Good to know they'll adjust it. What did they take it down to?

Anyone that has added a light bar or aux lights, can you post some pictures where you mounted your relays and wiring under the hood please. I have all my lights now just want to get some ideas where to mount all the components under the hood.

Thanks

I am not really a fan of the spod, don't really like the position of it. I am going to use the rugged ridge A pillar switch kit.

If I recall correctly 23 it was in the low 20's and it was the lowest option they had to pick from.

I went to Harbor Freight and found some washers that came in a plastic box. I took the washers out, cut a small hole in the bottom of the box and used Plasti-dip to paint the box black. I put the relay inside the box and zip tied it next to the battery. It hides the wires and is not noticeable at all.

Hey folks,
Its been a while since I posted. I'm curious if any of you have had any warranty work done. So far I've had the following done:

  • Leaking upper door seals.
  • Computer needed reflash
  • Replaced oil pump
  • Replaced water pump
  • AC line/firewall rattle
Now I have to take it back because they improperly bled the cooling system when they installed the water pump
Sounds like the throwout bearing is starting to make noise too. I need to duplicate this again to confirm.

Oh and I got rear ended while parked 2 days after installing an new AEV rear bumper. The guy hit me in a G35 and totaled his car. The AEV had a scuff. They gave me a new one.

leaking upper door seals? hardtop? dripping right above the door handle on driverside door?

I have had:

Oil sending unit replaced and the Water pump replaced (pretty sure they didnt burp my system either)...door rattle in the back...now my hard top is leaking as I described above.

oh and i forgot my bumper endcaps bolts stripped and the clips they screw in to are not lined up with the holes! (unresolved)

They had the leak specialist fix mine. The freedom panels can be problematic. I've had them leak in the center too, from not putting them on just right. The funny thing is, the soft top on my 04' took 7 years to start leaking. Come to think about it, I never had any problems with that Jeep.

Rustoleum Sunrise Red - Home Depot and Lowes both carry it here.
