Anytime mine is due for renewal, I just call them and tell them to give me $25 for 6 months or I cancel. Sometimes they let me cancel and just send me an e-mail a month later for the same deal. It is hit or miss, but you can always get a good deal on a renewal with the right person.

I am considering getting a set of seat covers to protect my red leather seats. Any suggestions on which brand? I have heard good things about Trek Armor. Also I have heard conflicting opinions about putting covers on leather seats. Anyone have any input on if it's bad for the leather?

I installed the Trek armor covers on mine...it gets really dusty/dirty on the trails out here and last time I took it out it took me almost a full day to clean it out. Check out my build site and look for my install video on the covers. As for that bad/good over leather seats, I have a quarterly pull and clean plan already scheduled so I can condition and put the covers back on.

Ordered a set of front mud guards today. Hoping it will help keep some of the mag chloride off the sides.

Has anyone gotten the AEV 2" Spacer Kit for their 10A and tried 35's? Since there's so much talk about how the 10a's are .5 taller than the normal wranglers, the spacer kit should let us run 35's with no issues. I figured this would be a good way to see how I like everything before I dish out $1000 for the 2.5 lift from them.

Any feedback on the 2" spacer lift would also be helpful. Iam looking at the same option for my Rubicon X

just hours ago I took delivery of my brand new 10A which has a 4" lift Fuel Wheels and Nitto tires shipped from a texas dealer on a car carrier held down by nylon straps around the 35" tires not through the rims and noticed as soon as i drove away...
1 steering wheel is way off alignment
2 lots of free play left and right
3 I can make a much tighter right turn than left..all of which Im sure an alignment can fix.
4 radio is totally blank no sound nothing I checked fuse and its ok so IDK and last
5 the traction control light blinks on and off as i drive and front right tire keeps braking like if im sliding on ice but im on dry pavement..

ANY IDEAS??? PLEASE HELP

you should start a new thread in the tech section as this is a technical question that would apply to any model and is not specific to the 10A. You won't get much help here but will likely see much faster response if people know where to look for it. Sounds like a bent or missing track bar or drag link. It's certainly not good and you should absolutely stop driving it until you get some pictures of the underside front end in the technical JK forum.

First thing, get that steering recentered. The JKs are very sensitive to this issue, and it may actually be causing most if not all else that is steering/braking/alignment. The radio sounds like something else, but not sure what.

Installation...

So, how are these installed??? Do they simply snap into the OEM trailer hitch?

Just like a regular trailer ball. Put it in the receiver and use a locking pin to keep the thieves from taking it

Exactly....they slide right into the standard receiver. Make sure you lock it up.

Question

Has anyone ever seen Red Letter inserts offered for sale, for the "Rubicon" embossment in the center of the front bumper (for those of us who don't have a winch)?
