2013 2 door aftermarket Alarm/Keyless entry Problem

I have the 2013 JK Sport 2 door, 6 speed manual transmission. I got my jeep without alarm and power locks.

So I went to best buy and I bought the Viper 350HV alarm with keyless entry and geek squad installation included.

The guy there told me that i have to buy the power motors for the keyless entry, and I did. Long story short. They installed the alarm but couldn't make the power locks work, he said that the door is too thin and the motors couldn't fit in there. So now I have to wait for him to let me know about some kind of thiner motors that might fit.

Does anyone have any experience with installing aftermarket alarm with keyless entry ?

Have the base model as well, went to best buy and 2 other independent car audio/alarm shops and all of them were almost equal on pricing for installing actuators to each door. They all said they had already worked with same jeep model before. But they might just pitch it to every car that drives there. Now im concerned if this is something i have to be prepared when i am ready to install alarm.
Just a tip- do they install quick disconnects for doors in case you want to remove your doors?, all the shops included those in the quote for me.

I thought most all door actuators were about the same size.

I put aftermarket actuators (all 5 doors) in my wife's jeep and hooked them to a viper 350. It's a tight fit but you can get them in there. I also used water tight or some what water tight (trailer wiring connectors, 4 pin) for quick disconnect to remove doors.

you will also need a 451M relay module made by directed electronic the same people who make the alarms
