Unhappy 2013 Jeep Wrangler Stalling - cold start - PLEASE HELP!

Is anyone else having an issue with their Jeep??? I have a 2013 automatic Jeep Wrangler unlimited, only 20K miles on it. I've had it for a year. After it hit it's first 2K miles it started to stall whenever I started it (back in March 2013). What would happen specifically is I would start it in the morning on a cold day, after about 10 mins of heating my Jeep up I would go to put it into reverse to back out of my driveway & it would stall on me. The problem only happens when its cold. So now that it's cold again the problem has continued to happen and it happens almost every morning. I've had it in and out of the dealership 4 times now (3 times within the last week and half)and they can't seem to figure out the issue. First the computer read that I was having communication issues so they installed a new computer, however, after installing the new computer it stalled on me again this morning. So now its back in the dealership & their computer supposedly didn't read anything this morning. I'm beyond frustrated & would appreciate any help or input if anyone has experienced or come across this problem. I'm passed the "term of protection" with the lemon law so I'm not quite sure what to do if the dealership can't fix this problem. This seems like a really big safety issue...

On cold mornings, 20 - 30 degrees, I let my 2013 JKU Sport warm around 5 min before I place in reverse and have no issues. If I don't let it warm it will spit and spew for a 1/2 mile. No issue otherwise. Have 11000 on it and it was like that since day 1. Purchased in oct 12!

I've got 850 miles on my 2015 and have this exact same issue. i have noticed that its also starting to occur on every start. Even had a no start where i had to try twice to get it started. I'm guessing its a tps issue but will bring it into the dealership tomorrow.

So..to close my issue my issue. Last week I noticed my Jeep having its stalling, poor idle, hesitation, surging, etc. Earlier that evening I decided to get gas at a local station. So in the back of my mind I've been thinking that maybe it was bad gas. I've never noticed issues before when using their gas but its not my normal place. Fast forward to last night and I finally got my fuel indicator down to the empty mark. Filled up with premium at my normal spot.

Still had issues on the way home. Today I called the dealer and brought in the jeep. Of course I go out and it fires right up and purrs. Well I haven't had a single issue all day. After almost a week of it. Dealer had no codes.

Service manager and I are both suspecting it was water in the gas.

Have you had any other issues like this since then. Could it have been your gas was bad??
