Do you like rims? I was really wanting black matte rims, but the dealer was a total douch bag, and would not swap them. I might kust get them powder coated.....

Congrats on the new purchase!

Haven't really decided yet. They are certainly distinctive, but I brought the car to dealer today and they had a jeep in showroom with the AEV wheel package. Those were cool too in the matte black. Stock rims do have a cool etching of the original style jeep on them. They're 18 inch, though so they limit tire options without lift, I think.

You're in Houston? I was just in Pearland and The Woodlands over Christmas. Saw a heck of a lot more Jeeps than I thought I would. Although, maybe I just noticed them more because I bought my JKU before we went, but picked it up after.

Cute. Everytime I comment on one, my two-year old asks "Is that you favorite car, Daddy?" And I answer, "Yes, yes it is, my boy."

It's great, I can't wait till she complains about getting into the new one but then refuses assistance and just grabs the beetbelt..

Hey, listen, I have a sixteen-year-old daughter. She's starting to make noises like she wants to drive it. Unfortunately, she only has a permit and it's a stick. Have to walk before you can run!
