I don't know the average length of time from D1 to dealer - guess I'll scroll back 20 or 50 pages and investigate.
You probably ordered outside the allocation period. So your September order will go in when October allocation begins. The dealers have windows every month where they actually put in orders.

If you ordered items that are more rare or restricted it can take a while. I haven't looked lately at when October allocations open, but usually the second week of the month for about 10 or 15 days and things like 23R (manual Rubicon) packages go quickly because there are a limited number. ALso if leather is back on restriction or the color you picked is being built. It all affects it.

It is RARE to get a Jeep in 6 weeks. Plan on 2 months and sit back, have a beer and relax. It took 3 months to get mine.

PM me your vin and I will check it. You are really lucky if you are really in D1 in that short of a period.

Congrats, I know you waited a long time. Next time we make it out your way, we will look you up!!!!

It is 100% worth it.

Hehehe, I feel like an old ghost hanging out here in the waiting room, helping other souls ease into the transition to Jeep ownership!!!

For everyone, if you need help with checking Vins, let me know. I don't use the insight link and I don't have the link, but I can check them and I can use the last 8 to get you a whole vin, if you are in D1. I can also verify the info that you get with insight. If you are in less than D1, I can't see anything.

Feel free to PM me. I am checking daily, when I have time. I don't mind answering questions. K

I can see the Insight page now…Not sure I like it when it is ALWAYS the same.
But then again it says delivery on 10/18 when I ordered it on 9/18…not that I am even close to thinking that is true.
Wait, Wait, Wait, Wait

Guapo... Good News!

VOTS is still saying that I am in Frame, but Insight has populated all of my info again.

Here is my journey so far:

COMPLETED:
9/17 (D) Ordered
9/19 (D1) Scheduled for Production
9/26 (D1) Scheduled for Build (again)
10/3 (I) Pending Inspection

CURRENT:
10/4 (KZ) Plant Release

FUTURE:
10/8 Vehicle Delivered to Dealer (AEV)

Time at AEV unknown, but since my speaking things into existence is going so well for me, I am going to say that my AEV completion time will be two weeks before the Dozer Dame is ready to come home to Colorful Colorado. Praise the Lord!

Guapo you are next!!!

Finally got my jeep! Picked it up today. Ordered 8/9, built 9/11, picked up on 10/3.

Already put my rock sliders, tow hitch and surprise straps on! It was totally worth the wait. Christmas came early for me this year.

Add me to the waiting list, just got my order in 8 days ago. Got a couple of updates so far assigning my VIN # and telling me my parts are at the factory. I've got a ways to go but the wait's kind of bittersweet, I'll be giving up my 4th and final Cherokee for a Wrangler Unlimited. It's going to be weird not driving what I've had since 1986.

It sure flys thru when they start it.

Ordered 9/18
D1 9/21
Got email about paint yesterday, today it's shipped. Arriving 10/9

I think it's a combo of when you order and what you order. I think if I would have done leather I would not be shipping yet.

Wow, that's approx. 3 weeks (give or take rail/truck time). Half of what most people experience.

VOTS is back on line (for me). Woke up to... Assembly is complete, and your new Jeep is in shipment from the plant (to AEV). This is the final email notifying you of your vehicle’s progress in production. Insight is now taking the driver seat for now.

Current: Departed Facility 10/4 5:23 am

It looks like AEV will have my Jeep this morning; they are only 45 minutes away from the plant.

I hope you're correct.

My ship date according to IAMJEEP is Oct 11, so about a week behind you. They should be at AEV at the same time. I expect you'll get yours first, so of course that means I expect some great pictures.

By they way, Other than the base 350 package, did you add anything else or modify the 350 package?

Just ordered

First post... first time Jeep buyer.

Went with the JKU Sport S in Dozer
Auto
Dual Top
suppl. side airbags
Connectivity
Engine block heater
Anti-spin differential
Smokers
Max Tow

Ordered on 9/28. I think we'll be in the dark as the dealer said they didn't provide our email address to Jeep. He gave us our VON#, but VOTS still doesn't recognize it.

Black Pintlers
AEV Hardtop interior Paint
A/T Tires in Lieu of M/T's

My plan for this Jeep is a daily driver for a while with some short overland trips over the next few years. A buddy and I are planning on taking an extended (for us anyway) 3 week overland journey in 3 years or so. Sometime between now and then, I'll retire this Jeep from daily driving and at that point get the MT's, Fuel Caddy, Hi-Lift/Pull-Pal mount and many other accessories to overland for extended periods.

Sounds like you are setting yours up the way I ultimately want mine...congrats!

Yea, I've been playing the guessing game. It was originally supposed to be in this week, but then last week it said not until next week. So, I'll be going to get him next week as planned...

You have a very impressive rig heading your way! How Exciting!!! I truly love the Billet and you can't go wrong with AEV. Billet was my first choice, but compromise led to the Dozer Dame "DD". Note: Dozer was my second fav.

We took a 3 week trip on our Harley's a few years back resulting in a 6500 mile experience. Unforgettable! We saw so much, but at the same time there were so many places we couldn't go or get to (and we were on separate bikes). So, we are replacing our Harley's for the jeep. Same great feeling with more accessibility and closer to the one I love.

If you are ever in Colorado, look me up... lots of great adventures here.

Been watching you guys for a while here, figured I'd add to the pile in the waiting room. Ordered one for my wife on Sept 17th, scheduled for production on Sept 21. Scheduled for ship on Oct 6th but according to VOTS it's still in scheduled for production which leads me to believe the 6th isn't happening unless we get a pleasant surprise.

My order was placed on October 1st as I was waiting to get Rock Lobster here up north but unfortunately it's not available with the dark saddle leather interior like the 12's with Flame Red were... so I went with my second favorite colour for the JK's that's available for 13'... White!

White JKUR
Dark Saddle Leather
Side Airbags
Connectivity Group
730N
Automatic
3.73
Max Tow Pkg.
Remote Start
Dual Top
Automatic Climate Control

Anyone know the Canadian build dates/allocation? The wait is gonna hurt.

I love Colorado. I'm there every few years for different reasons...sometime work...sometimes fun. I was in Colorado Springs as recently as last fall. Love it out there.

I got the Jeeping bug riding out of Telluride up over Imogene Pass and down to Ouray and some other trails around there. God's country!

Bg?

I put in an order and I can't seem to get into the tracking system myself yet, but the fax from the dealer shows status as

BG - Order has passed edit but cannot be considered for scheduling.

What does this mean???

Very little info for Canadiens out there.. I ordered Aug 16 and been in 'D' since the first week in Sept. I've seen it mentioned here and my dealer confirmed Canadian orders do seem to take longer.

Surprised you couldn't get your dark saddle on the lobster.. if it's not restricted you should be able too? unless I missed something.

I'd dig in anyway and plan for a long wait.. 12 weeks, if it comes earlier bonus!
