I just looked on Ebay and they have several service manuals for the wrangler but I didn't see any for a 13. Some were pretty pricey. 2008 Factory service manual was like $200. Some were factory and some were Chiltons. They had pretty much all years 2011 and earlier.
If the 200 dollar service manuals are anything like the ones for Ford, they are worth it. I got a set for my Mustang. It was about 4 books, one for engine, one for trans, one for interior and one with subsytems/addendum.
I forget the company that made them, and gave them to the guy that bought the car. Chilton and Haynes were garbage compared to them.
Just looked it up... The manuals were CAR. Not sure if that is a Ford specific thing or not.
