2013 Rubicon shocks & springs on 2008 Jku

Just got a jeep wrangler unlimited X !!!*were planning on doing some mods to it but not sure what route to go in. i got myself some 2013 Rubicon unlimited springs and shocks for free, would it fit my 2008 and would it give it a little height boost?

Most likely not. What u will get are stiffer springs which equates to less body wander during curvy roads, and better shocks that can take more abuse and not tire out during those long trail runs.

You may very well see some lift. Not much but you could see some. It depends on what springs. If your springs still have tags, look for the last two digits on the front and back tags. You want to be adding springs that are higher than the ones currently installed. The shocks are definitely superior.
