The only thing commercially available at the moment for a winch plate is from a company called Maximus-3 ( maximus-3.com ). They sell just the plate so you can do what you want about a winch or an entire kit.

Other than that it's fab your own winch plate or wait on Mopar. The mopar part number for the winch plate is 82213840, but it's not going to be available for at least 60 more days. Mopar has the winch and plate as a kit with another part number, but it also isn't available for weeks to come.

Moab and COD editions use AEV bumpers. The 10Th anniversary is an all new design and the AEV plate will not work with it. I can verify that from first hand experience.

What I stated in my earlier post are the viable choices at the moment.
