I do not have the max tow package it looks like?
Am I missing any upgrades example: Sound system? or anything else thats worth adding?

I also called IAMJEEP and they told me my built date is Aug 17th but they do not have a ship date which I thought was strange..

Thanks guys for all your help I would have still been thinking my dealership did not order my car if it wasn't for you guys!!
Correct...no tow package on your order. Otherwise the engine block heater is one item you didn't get but may not need that in your location.

I'm just now recovering from the entire purchase process (because I've identified my options and received a quote I'm happy with), so my energy is coming back. Oh. And rear-axle differential thingy. I have no idea what that is, but I'm pretty sure that's not something I could easily add later.
Oops. I can't keep stuff straight. I can't explain the "rear-axle differential thingy" option to anyone, but I did add it to my options. I'm clarifying because so many people posted helpful comments earlier when I was trying to understand that option. I took all suggestions under consideration and made my selection. I didn't want you all to think I completely missed (or ignored) them!

To clarify, I don't know for a fact that Alpine doesn't require Sirius. When I said "yup, but not Alpine," I was responding to SHYUperman's comment that Sirius is required for connectivity. What I meant was "yeah, we know that it is required for connectivity, but we don't know that it is required for Alpine."

I ordered the alpine stereo and did not order sirius. As far as I know, my order went through (ordered on June 13, but it's still in the "production scheduled" status). That said, maybe ssmith is right, and it does require Sirius, and maybe that could explain why my order seems to be delayed....

I put in my order for a 2013 on June 5th and I am still waiting for a VIN number. It is in VOTS, but there is no delivery date yet. I am told that the date will show up when the car goes into frame status. We will see. My salesman said that I should see a scheuled date sometime today. Mine is a Rubicon and most of what I have seen with dates so far seem to be Sports. Maybe they are batching things by model or color or who knows what.

The light at the end of the tunnel. Just got off the phone with my sales guy. My Jeep is all done and sitting in the storage lot. He's going to call his rep to hopefully expedite the shipment. Right now, he is hoping for a Tuesday delivery. This is killing me!

So long as I do a mod for her 2007 JKUR for every mod I do for myself I'll be fine. Plus I'm owed the first one since I already got her 5 ION 174 15x8" wheels which are sitting in our garage waiting for sneakers, of course I do need to buy the sneakers before I get credit.

Long time lurker, first time poster. Hopefully this won't get lost in all of Pat's new eye candy. Is there another thread going, or more information on the Anniversary Rubicons? I am VERY patiently waiting to place an order until more info on that is released. Also, is the Commando Green color going to have an ordering "window", or will it be available for the rest of production of 2013's? I have read every post on this thread so I might have forgotten if those items were posted some time ago.

Thanks for the photo's Pat!

Did you sit in it? Are the seats more comfortable? Better yet...is the middle of the rear seat more supported? I can't tell from the photo...but is it a lighter color grey?

Man this thing is slick looking! The detail in the seats stitching is nice, they look comfortable, and I see the new soft top spring assist mechanism.

Front seats are way more supportive. Bolsters hold you in without feeling obtrusive.

I thought the Sahara wheels were supposed to come standard in a more black (carbon) finish in the center of the wheel? Do these Sahara wheels further include the "polished" option or is that just how the sahara wheels ended up looking like??

I think they feel better, more like a GC. The cloth material feels nicer too, softer to the touch. I feel like I would be held in the seat better when off roading or taking a sharp turn.

Hmmm, those cloth seats look plenty adequate....not sure if leather is necessary.

The new Sahara wheels are pretty sexy too.
