I think "non-sold' or something like that. Those that ordered last year can chime in.

1>99?

Not sure on color swatches and yes there will be an anniversary model rubi. I've been pushing for info but I'm not getting the answers.

Info is hard to get sometimes, I don't have the resources that Milous has. I've been on this forum for just a few years, Milous has been a Jeep guy forever.

Someday...I'll have someone that will tell me all the good stuff.

Man, I'll be disappointed if I can't get a auto Rubi, with 4.10 gearing...

Seriously - I will be hugely bummed and have to save my pennies and go for 4.56 and was considering that but thought i'd be fine for a few years at least before wanting to upgrade to that if i had the 4.10's. Is there a number with corporate a dealer could get a faster answer or will it take awhile to figure this out? I'm really hoping this is just an oversite or error on their part or maybe all Auto's just come with 4.10's standard?

Or heck i'd even pay an extra $300 to 'upgrade' to it from the 3.73... i just want the option to add it.

I'll honestly be passing up ordering a new one and waiting awhile to pick up a used 2012 JKUR with auto and 4.10s if this turns out to be true. Was only planning on going 35s and never planned to regear. I usually always drive a manual, but I'm getting lazy.

Watch. The Anniversary will be a JKU with a unique color and auto/4.10s.

I'm guessing it's just a programming error for the 4.10's....they are clearly on the list of available options.

Did Davis Moore work with you much on price on your Rubicon? I was in the other day and they were just real up front and honest that they cannot keep up with demand right now and are not moving much on price. The fact that a large dealership like that currently has one new four door wrangler on hand led me to believe they were being pretty honest with me. I like Davis Moore and they would be my first choice if I bought local. I would also consider Parks in Augusta. I have not had a good experience with the Stevens group, and will not consider buying from them. Thanks
Don't blame you for not buying from Stevens. . We negotiated pretty hard but we also have a good relationship with sales and service. In the end, we both gave a little and we are happy with our Rubicon.

We were below MSRP but above invoice plus we had a TDM ($500 mailer). That's compromise!

Pricing from my order. Think there may be duplicate items in my order (heated seats, premium soft top).

Honest, perhaps, but they are still using the opportunity to take advantage of the situation, which means the same pattern will follow for accessories, service etc.

No 4.10 gears? Unless you upgrade you will have 3.73.

Order system will not allow 4.10 gears at this point. I will be pushing for a resolution. LONG way to go before this is built.

no tow improvement for 2013?

I haven't seen any mention of improvement to maximum tow capacity on the Unlimited. Checking the Jeep Australia website I see the max tow capacity of about 5000lbs (converting from metric) so the 3500lb limit in the USA must be a legal / liability issue, not performance.

I thought 2013 might have the change.

I saw a youtube video of a press event Jeep put on announcing the 2012 and once of the engineers stated that the two capacity was limited by the cooling system.

Seems like the guys in the US could get the Aussie radiator. Here is the website and a screen shot - 4400lbs for the gasoline engine and 4840lbs for the diesel

Between this forum and another forum...along with the late mode 2012's, it has been interesting to see some of the price increases.

Last year, Leather interior with heated seats and remote start (on a Sahara and Rubi) were a STEAL. $900+$200.

But the price is now $1100+$495. Looks like Jeep caught on....

Connectivity is now $485 on a Rubi and Sahara with the 130/430, and $160 on a Jeep with the 730....so it looks like that went up $100.

Power Conv is now $795 (on a 2-door Rubi) so that went up $100.

The premium soft top looks to be a $400 option on a 2 door Rubi.

Hardtop stayed at $795

Looks like a 2-Door Sport S with what I want has gone up by $345. Not too bad.....but the last thing I need to double check is the price of the Alpine/Infinity system.

Might not be on that list but Crush lives on for 2013 along with Dozer and Gecko.

Thanks for all the tips on this thread! I started looking at a Costco based 2012 offer at $500 over invoice, but couldn't find a good match. But someone mentioned the Tread Lightly program, so I did a 3 year $60 membership (good program regardless of the discount benefits) to get the 1% off invoice pricing through the Affiliate Rewards program and found a dealer that would honor that on a 2013 order. Thought that was sweet until someone mentioned USAA, so I filled out the form for that knowing that nobody has anything even close to what I wanted (Rubi, Dozer, Leather, Power, Convenience, remote start...) and a different dealer contacted me with a guaranteed $700 under invoice offer! I could probably keep looking for a bit better deal, but at this point I don't think it's worth the effort. Someone mentioned Truecar.com, but I think $700 under invoice is good enough for me! $1200 difference off invoice from when I started. This forum ROCKS!
