Where do you find this. It is not listed as option on page 1 of this thread and when I try to build one at jeep.com I don't get the option for ac.

When I look at window stickers for 13's, they show ac under interior standard options.

Air conditioning IS a standard feature on the Sport S. On the Jeep Build-It website, just click on standard features.

I got some bad info here also a few days ago when I asked if Sirius was standard with the UConnect 130. Someone replied that it was a $195 option, if I remember right.

Both responders were probably looking at a previous year's options...not at the 2013.

Actually, the Sport also lists AC as standard...but then it is listed as an available option if you scroll down farther. I would ask the dealer. You can't believe everfything you read online.

I ordered a 2013 Sport with just A/C and a 3.73. I had to pay $895 for the A/C. It's not standard on a Sport. It looks like it's standard on the Sport S.

Not sure if this will work but this is the window sticker of the sport I have coming.

It looks like you did, in fact, pay $895 for the Air Conditioning.

I know there is a difference between regular AC and the AC with auto temp control. Is that causing some of the confusion?

Keep in mind there is also a difference between the 2 door and 4 door. That is probably what is throwing everyone off.

If I remember correctly.

2 door base Sport - AC is optional
4 door base Sport - AC is included with BASE model.
2 door Sport S - AC is with SPORT S PACKAGE
4 door Sport S - AC was already included with BASE model, so it is not mentioned as included in the Sport S package.

In my panic today, I forgot to mention it was a JKU. I confirmed that AC is standard.

It looks like PantherMark is right; mine is a 2-door Sport and didn't come with A/C standard. How odd.

I don't have auto temp control, so I think, no.

As long as it hasn't entered D1, I believe.

Cool thanks. I'm having 2nd thoughts on the color. I ordered black JKUR but now I kinda want a color but not sure which color. Also I got the base 130 radio but I can't figure out if the touch screen options include better speakers or not.

Get what you want. Pay a little extra now, avoid regret later! ... Also, go True Blue Pearl

Are you able to order one of those special editions like the Moab the same way as any other trim? Would the dealer know about them? My dealer in Canada didn't seem too informed about the 2013s when I went in

Yes. They should be open for ordering early next month. Canada sometimes pre-orders special editions. PM me I may be able to help if the dealer can't find you one.

I'm guessing the long period of inactivity on this thread made ratchettt wonder if the posting function was working. So he submitted a test post.

First of all, thanks for all the great info...it really helps me to be an informed buyer! Can anyone clarify the Affiliates program for me though.... I know it has a $75 fee... is the dealer limited to that fee only? Is that the ONLY doc fee the dealer can charge if the AR program is used, or can he still add the usual "dealer doc fees" with the purchase? Around here that adds another $400+ to the deal...

Thanks if anyone can clarify!

Now I just have to figure out if I go 2-dr or 4-dr.... decisions, decisions!
