Just because it does not have a certificate in it does not mean that you didn't quailfy. You need to call or check with your dealer to see. You may still be in the system. I once got them by email, but not in the brochure. And now it is the other way around.

I can 100% guarantee that if you are in the system it's because something came to your home address or email. I notice a lot of people throw out the stuff that comes to the house.

Everyone does need to have their dealer check for the certificates. I had a client today that was able to save another $1000 and didn't even know they had gotten a postcard at their home address.

You know.....now that I think about it.....I think I once got it by email without it coming to my home because I didn't give out my real address.

Just because you request a brochure doesn't mean you will receive a certificate. Some do, some don't. There's no surefire way to get on a list. If there was I would have already posted it here.

There are 4 current rebates that you may qualify for:

Lease Loyalty- must have a current Chrysler product lease
Lease Conquest- must have a current competitive make lease
Military- active duty or reserves, or honorable discharge within the last 6 months or retires with 20 years
Military Appreciation- any veteran with an honorable discharge only good until 11/17
Thank you for clarifying that!

I am a 25-year retired Air Force Master Sergeant (E-7). I reviewed the attached – Military Appreciation Bonus Consumer Cash Official Program Rules (May 14, 2012). Comparing two rules, a narrow interpretation might be that the "next of kin" - of what is essentially - the “service record” of an eligible deceased military member does not qualify for the credit.

1) The vehicle sale or lease must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant or registered in the name of an immediate family member “living” in the “same household.” ***An immediate family member must be living in the same household as the "eligible participant" (or qualifying military member). This physically cannot happen if the military member is deceased.

2) “Spouses” of “deceased” military members who meet the eligibility criteria above are eligible to participate. ***
"Spouses" are associated with their deceased military member, being eligible … not a living (or surviving) immediate family member. There is a distinction of identity between a spouse and immediate family member.

Of course, the dealership Sales Manager and / or Salesmen are the approval source. I recall a past thread similar to this issue where responses were rigidly interpreted. When I purchased my 2010 JK Sport (Jan 2011), the dealer accepted my military ID card (not documented RAS or Honorable Discharge) as proof of service. My dealer wasn't a stickler but knew a validating form of proof when he saw it.

Panel members, here is the .Gov website for applying / acquiring a DD Form 214. The next of kin of a deceased, former member of the military is defined as: surviving spouse that has not remarried, father, mother, son, daughter, sister, or brother. A DD Form 214 can be requested online but “only by” a military veteran or eligible “next of kin” of a deceased, former member of the military.

Thanks for the info, I had started the fax process yesterday....but it looks like I'm not eligible in the end.

Going to ask the dealer if they can still honor it -- maybe they will if I trade for something from their parts dept. Who knows, may work, although not very hopeful.
I was able to use the $1000 cash incentive...but when I got home, there was a $500 "bonus" cash incentive that could have been used if I would have checked my mail before I left...but I have to drive 26 miles to town to get my mail. I mentioned it to the dealer...no luck...seems like it should have been in the system when I picked up the vehicle. At this point, I probably would not go back to the same dealer again...especially after they tried to devalue my trade (which I sold instead) by $2000 at the last minute.

I got it, I got it!! I feel like I just won the last golden ticket into the Wonka factory.

It came about 3 weeks after I received the brochure, and says it's good until 1/31/2013. The only problem is, I don't plan on ordering until possibly March.

Do Chrysler or the dealers honor these after the expiration, Pat? I thought about calling the incentive line to ask.

This is a question directed more for Pat I suppose. First off you seem to be very dedicated to the Jeep community and do whatever you can to provide dealer insight and information that is not readily available for end user. Thank you. So on to my question. I placed my order on 2 November for a JKUR in Commando Green, with saddle leather, 4:10's, with an automatic transmission. When we placed the order a window came up stating that it would be processed on the next allocation. I have contacted IAMJeep to which they are not able to give me any information as to when this allocation starts nor when I could expect to receive a VIN. I do have a VON on the paperwork from the dealer. I am just curious as to whether or not you know if there was a way for me to be able to determine when this allocation begins. The dealer doesn't seem to be concerned about it and thinks it will be deliver in 4-5 weeks based off previous builds he has ordered. Being that I driving around in my trade between now and then his lack of concern for it taking long puts me at ease to some extent but man I would love to be able to get some definitive information. I am normally a patient person but e 2013 is such an improvement over my 2010 JKUR it like a totally different vehicle. Any assistance or direction you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Call your dealer or Jeep....the expiration date on the certificate might be different than what is on the system. That is how mine is right now.

That is why I think you can get two certs over a certain time frame.

Chrysler/Jeep Gives Employees Day Off to Vote

Way to go Chrysler/Jeep! I have to say that I am truly impressed with the direction Fiat is taking Chrysler. Quality has improved and the focus is on the customer and public. I'm not saying all is perfect, but throughout the build/delivery process IAMJEEP could not have been more helpful (had to push a couple of reps but most were eager to tell me what the status was and urge me to keep calling). My gorgeous Gekko Rubi arrived exactly as forecast (with no help from the trucking company on this end) and is a fabulous, fun hunk of machinery. Again, not perfection but real close. Thanks Chrysler/Jeep for your customer focus and giving your people a day off to exercise their crucial right to vote.

Yes, all of their rebates can be combined with the affiliate programs. As for my $500 rebate that came in the mail a week after I picked up my new JK, I called the Incentive department and they had me scan and email my rebate and all of my purchase paperwork to them for review. The jury is still out if they're going to give me another discount so we'll see. As for getting a rebate voucher in the mail, I read in an earlier post that Jeep sends these to targeted areas but I can't confirm.

I have a few questions regarding lease money factors and residual rates. I order my Jeep on 9/7/12 and it is has been at the dealer for a week or two now awaiting my to stop traveling for work to pick it up. Since I could only lock in the purchase price and not the money factor or residual I was wondering if anyone knew the Nov 2012 money factor and risidual rates for Jeep Sport S. I have the $1000.00 rebate now (wasnt available at order date) and my salesman said my payment (as calculated in Sept, time of ordering) may not change because the money factor and residual could have changed. I have the original rate and residual use. Was hoping I could get the Nov 2012 rates to compare and ensure I get fair deal. Thanks.

I thought I would jump in here just to offer a little encouragement.
I ordered a white Rubicon on October 10th, late afternoon. Dealer just called to tell me the Jeep was here and they would deliver tomorrow.
Ordered and delivered in less than a month. Can't beat that! And hat's off to a great dealer, Johnson Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Meridian, MS.

Call the Incentive Department and speak with Dee Dee or Andrea....either will take care of you. I just got an email from Andrea today and they are going to honor the additional $500 rebate I got in the mail the week after I picked up my new JK. I had to scan and email copies of my purchase paperwork and rebate form with my name on it but that was easy. I should see a $500 check in the mail in a few weeks.

So were you able to use 2 certificates? I used a $1000 certificate that expired the day I picked up the vehicle, and when I got home that night, there was a $500 "Bonus" incentive in my mail. It indicated that it was a $500 Bonus Incentive that could be used in addition to any other current Chrysler incentive. I called the dealer who said it was useless. I called Chrysler incentives and they told me that only one certificate could be used at a time on any vehicle. I guess you can't always believe what you read.

"any other current Chrysler incentive" typically does not include other certificate programs, they aren't considered "current" all rules state if they can be combined and with what other offer. Current offers are purchase programs like TL, and or Consumer Cash and/or APR offers like 0%.

I was able to use my Trail Lightly affiliate program and three rebates: 1. Military, 2. College student/graduate, and 3. Jeep $500 rebate. I used the military and college rebate when I did the initial purchase paperwork two weeks ago and Jeep is sending me a $500 check to honor the additional rebate I got in the mail last week. I honestly don't know what the Jeep policy on rebates is or even if they have one.....but they sure took care of me.

How long ago were you able to use your college grad rebate? I purchased mine on 11/1/12 and my sales rep said Jeep had stopped that one.

The college grad/student rebate ended in Sept. Jeep honored it because I placed my order in Aug. You had to be a college grad within the last 2 years or be enrolled in a graduate program, which is how I qualified.

I had to scan and email copies of my purchase paperwork and rebate form with my name on it but that was easy. I should see a $500 check in the mail in a few weeks.

Deuce, thanks for the tip, but they said I bought on Oct 16 (true) but the incentive didn't start till Oct 29th! So nothing they (would) could do....

This is why I don't go to Vegas - my gambling luck sucks....

Good thing I LOVE the Jeep!
