2014 JK Horn issue

Got home tonight and hit horn button with my elbow getting out of Jeep and horn went off blowing for approximately 3 minutes before it shut off. Any others have this happen?

Figured out the security alarm was going off with no way to reset it. Pulled M22 and M23 horn fuses but alarm persisted. Finally pulled battery cable and called dealer. Chrysler quality is face down at the bottom of a deep well! I am disgusted after experiencing all kinds of issues with 2012's and now on this brand new one. My LAST Chrysler EVER!

Unfortunately, I don't think Chrysler will miss you. All model vehicles have a certain number of issues/electrical gremlins. It's not unique to Chrysler. Most times if the battery is reset on a JK that will solve the problem. If not, the dealer should. I haven't had any issues with my 10 but I can understand how your situation can be annoying. It's possible that the way you hit the horn, maybe the angle or force, triggered it. Seems like it should be an easy fix for a dealer. Hopefully, it will work out.

Got the Jeep back today. Defective horn switch and speed control switch. I checked the Jeep out before leaving dealership and found battery cable not tightened down. Just saying that sloppy dealership work is common. Hopefully just an isolated incident!
