Unfortunately, I don't think Chrysler will miss you. All model vehicles have a certain number of issues/electrical gremlins. It's not unique to Chrysler. Most times if the battery is reset on a JK that will solve the problem. If not, the dealer should. I haven't had any issues with my 10 but I can understand how your situation can be annoying. It's possible that the way you hit the horn, maybe the angle or force, triggered it. Seems like it should be an easy fix for a dealer. Hopefully, it will work out.
