2014 Rubicon off road edition towing capacity?

Hi All,

After seeing what Ian did to a Rubi on Powerblock, and then seeing one in person that a coworker bought, I am in love. She has a new 4 door, v6 with 6 speed manual, and loves it.

My Question is what kind ot towing capacity do these really have? Can only afford one vehicle, and am replacing a truck.

I would go 3:73, and either 6 speed manual, or auto, probably handshaker.

Thanks,

Will

At the most, our MF 1635 (3,527 pounds) on a 14' dual axle trailer. I need to do the math on my truck, even though it weighs more, may not be much difference in towing capacity.

Manual says 3500 lbs with 4 door and 3.73 axle and 350 lbs tongue weight.

You'll be fine. It's not a big truck so it may feel a big slow on accelerations but it will do the job
