Nice! I'm looking to order the X package in Anvil as well. Still haven't seen the color in person though, so not doing anything until I see it with my own eyes. Have you actually seen an X in person?

So is the Rubicon X just the 10A package.

Close but not exact. No red leather option, different tires, no 1/2 in lift and no badges

Dealer said mine would be his first anvil X to come in, so when it does we'll certainly have pics...otherwise check out a 10A in anvil. Should be quite similar.

Cheers!

Oh NO! someone paid too much for a 10A thinking it would be collectable some day

If Jeep didn't expand the use of these parts, 10 years from now you would be saying the opposite because Jeep wouldn't have any spare parts for your 10A. Having a Limited Edition vehicle combined with OEM obsolescence practices can have a downside to long term ownership.

Look on the bright side.

As a 10A owner I don't think it's unreasonable to be frustrated that it was marketed as a limited edition but all of this ridiculous Rubicon X preorder people throwing mud is more inappropriate. You, by the way, have not a single clue what I paid for my 10A and I will tell you I certainly didn't "over-pay." Congratulations you ordered a really sweet Jeep. You will get compliments on it wherever you go.

The red interior would still mark it uniquely as a 10A.

Thanks for (finally) answering one of my questions.

I never found a 10A, nor an X, with the supplemental airbags on their windows sticker. I was beginning to wonder if they are not allowed. Glad to read that it isn't a problem!

I totally agree to an extent, although they may be using the extra parts up and there may be less now in the future. Point is......they really should have put some thought into differentiating the models though. Example; The tow hooks on bumpers black instead of red, the RUBICON font on the hood changed up a bit, left the wheels unique to the 10a. They look exactly the same for F sakes.

As for the clown with the stupid comment... yes, I did pay a lot of money, (however I did not "overpay"). I had expected it to remain somewhat unique, which is part of the reason I wanted one, the main being I really like the functional upgrades. I did not buy it to collect, and make money on in the future... I use my jeeps as they should be used imo. I went thru a lot to get this sucker here in Toronto too, so yes.....this is sour for me, not gunna lie.You call me an over-spender, I call you a wannabe.

10a owners still have the unique nameplate and the red seats. "Special editions" from the past were basically just re-badges and new stickers.

Both the 10A and X are awesome Jeeps, so drive it if you got it.

We order a Rubicon but didn't know about the X package. Darn. I didn't see that on Jeep.com and just checked. How does one find out what in addition over the regular Rubicon? Our still is only scheduled for productions since we ordered it.

The package is listed on the 2014 info sticky. Msrp 4100 invoice is around 3700.

Its there much of a difference. Seems less than the Rubicon Unlimited but we got our loaded minus leather. But with Jeeps there are tons of stuff I can add to it from the aftermarket world.

Clown stupid comment ? Hmm you come into a X thread crying about Jeep. I see a 10A thread and you don't see me in there saying anything about the X.

I'm sorry you feel upset at Jeep but they never specified a number or never said there wouldn't be future models that are close to the 10. Your comment prove that my statement isn't stupid. If you don't want comments from future X owners then post you gripes in the 10A thread and I'll be sure to not post anything in the 10A thread that will upset you.

What mud was thrown? If you scroll up it was started by a 10A owner. We are very happy for you guys with 10A's and we are also very happy to be future X owners. I didn't' ask nor do I care what you paid my comment was towards the other poster thank you and have a great day.

Its a pretty decent deal in my eyes. Lots of upgrades that I won't have to worry about after purchasing. One guy posted a good breakdown somewhere, but now I can't find it. I think you pay basically an extra $900 for the parts but if you add in labor (which I can't do) I figure to come out even or ahead. Plus it just looks cool
