The yellow looks good! I also like tank; does that come in flat instead of gloss?

Naw, Jeep claims they can't do a flat, so everything gets a glossy Clearcoat.

I wish Tank was almost like a green version of Red Rock Metalic. It's basically the dark green version of Anvil as it stands, not crazy about it as a gloss.

Baja is about exactly what I expected, yellow. Glad it's not the hilighter neon yellow that was floating around last week.

Thanks for posting these pics. I didn't think those colors would hit the streets until early September? In any case, I agree that I'd also like to see the Baja with black top/fenders; I don't think that color can pull off the full color matching.

As for Tank, really need to see that one in better sunlight, but so far so good. I was torn between ordering Tank or Anvil...went with Anvil and I'm not too disappointed after seeing these pics. Tanks is nice, and will sell for sure, but agree with others that it would look great in semi-gloss or flat finish.

The baja will likely be my wife's choice color when we buy one for her next year. We definitely need in-light photo's though. These pictures don't do either color justice. We both want to see what tank really looks like.

Nice color !! But it NEEDS a black top for sure.
And the window sticker !! WOW !! Man it's loaded with too much stuff. And the price!! It's more than twice what I paid for my '13 JK new off the lot.

First real photos of tank at a dealership! Wish they would have been taken in a clear sunny day, hard to get a feel for what tank real looks like. I think I like the color, but no necessarily the gloss...

BTW, in the world of Jeeps, I have learned that "flat" is the opposite of metallic, not the opposite of gloss. So, you'll see many postings here and there, where people refer to colors like Tank as being "flat".

Yea, confusing.

Didn't Jeep try non-glossy colors several years ago, and such didn't work out?

Going to auto shows, you see some real cool matte paint jobs.

I have asked why those are never available and am told they do not hold up well enough. For a week long show, where the car is inside, looks fantastic. Three years after being in the elements, bad news.

Supposedly these two were some sort of "test" vehicle. They were released to this dealer prior to formal production beginning. That sounds reasonable enough and if it is the truth, I suspect we won't see many more for a month or so.

Agree we need to see both in brighter light, especially Tank.

What is this in on the Tank in these pics? Subwoofer? I don't know if I'd like that thing vibrating my dog all the time and him drooling on it.

Here's one from the yellow one. I guess it's the sub? All weather or not I don't think I'd like that location.

Yes, those are both pictures of the sub. I don't care for the placement, either.

How did you miss that Jeep changed the location of the sub for 2015?

IMHO, it will still be a very dark green. In bright sun, it will just be more obvious to be green.

I like Tank. At least to me, it falls into the same color category as my Dune, and if I was to get a 2015, Tank would be the color (given Dune is unavailable).

Green is my favorite color... Not sure if I'm sold on Tank, though. I think I like it better than the '13 Commando Green, but not as good as the forest green or whatever it was in '11 where it had the metallic pearl flake to it. I have to agree that Tank looks like a classic Jeep color. To me, this is the color I think of whenever I envision a Willy's Jeep.

Still unsure what color I'm getting for my '15 JKUR... I'm leaning toward Tank or White (yeah, I'm kinda simple like that) with Saddle leather seats. My wife is lobbying for Sunset Orange, although she agrees we need to see it first. My kids want Hydro Blue. The blue wouldn't be so bad, but I'm not sure it's what I want and we seem to have a ton of blue Jeeps around us as it is. There's a Hydro Blue Polar Jeep in our neighborhood as it is...
