$21,900 good deal on Jeep Unlimited Sport?

Well, i got convinced to go to a four door instead of a two door, had the price of the Jeep Sport lean and mean 3:73 with AC down to $17,999.00! So is $21,900 a good price for the Jeep Unlimited, 4WD with trailer package and 3:73 gear ratio, or should i stick with the two door deal?

All your help is greatly appreciated!!!

I would jump on that deal. I like the extra room in the 4 door, better ride, and more stable on slick roads with the longer wheelbase. I bought mine as a third vehicle for weekends and just running around town, but it is the first vehicle to leave the garage. I don't hear of many people that trade 4 doors for 2 doors.

KILLER PRICES on either one! Those are the best Prices I have seen yet! Just gotta ask yourself, which one you really want? The 2Dr or 4Dr. If you decide on the 4Dr, MAKE SURE IT'S A 4WD!!! Why? Because some Dealers have had MSRP Stickers on the Windows, reflecting a 4WD Model. However, the New Owners are so excited about their New Jeep, that they don't realize until they get them home, that there is no Front Transfer Case Shifter OR a Front Transfer Case. They've just bought a 2WD Model!!!

The Dealers weren't doing this purposely, it was apparently an error on some Build Sheets, and transfered over to the MSRP Window Sticker. Buyers have had the Deals reversed or switched to a REAL 4WD, however, not without a bit of a hassle straightening the paperwork out. Just make sure you check, before you sign.

Now, back to the 2Dr and 4Dr. If you plan on driving the Jeep on the Highway as a Daily Driver, more than you do Off-Road, then the 4Dr will give you a better ride than the 2Dr. As White Rubi mentioned above, the Longer Wheelbase is more stable.

I own a 2Dr, drive it as my Daily Driver, and cruise the Highways at 70-75 some of the time, and it isn't as stable as other vehicles I've had. However, I LOVE it! I think the 4Dr's are Cool, but it's just me in the Jeep most of the time, and I like the Classic 2Dr Jeep look.

Like I said, pick the one that appeals to you most! They'll both get the job done!

Best of Luck & JUMP on one or the other soon! Again, GREAT PRICES!!!

Cheers!

BB

both me and a friend of mine traded our 2drs in on 4dr within a year. we both have family's. both of us got the 2drs as toy/fun vehicles. in my family it's the vehicle of choice, and with the carseats it's just easier, plus the kids are more comfortable in the back.
