2DR or 4DR Rubicon?

Would like your Opinion on a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon.

Do you prefer a 2DR or a 4DR?

I like the traditional sexy looks of a 2DR. But it seems a 4DR might be more practical and useful.

Do you lose cool points if you bring a Mini Van (4DR Rubicon) on the 4WD roads and trails?

Your thoughts?

There is no hierarchy or coolness factor lost or obtained by either. You get a Jeep and your family.

4Drs are equally cool offroad, as long as you use it.... The only ones that loose cool points are the ones on 24's...........

It's about personal preference. Do you want more room to haul gear and people? If so then get the 4 door. Is it going to be your daily driver and you won't be hauling other people around very often? Then maybe a 2 door is for you (like it was for me).

Here's a thread that started a few days ago that has some more information and opinions.

I never understand folks who pose their first question as an insult. As if there aren't a lot of folks here who drive 4 doors and find them to be anything other than minivans. Yeah, you're right man--this Jeep and this one (both actual forum members) are clearly minivans.

I am one of 12 grandchildren. I'm not sure how my Grandparents kept track of all of us.
