Their prices seem kind of high, just doing a quick price check shows Zoro to be over $200 higher on the price of the Zeon 10-S over Quadratech (list on both). Sure the 30% would make it a better deal, but Zoro is not an authorized reseller according to Warn's website.
My calculator must be broken then, I show the Zeon 10-S from Zoro to be $1409.16 each, so that would be closer to $986 shipped. And Zoro is still not listed as an authorized retailer. Several of the forum sponsors (Quadratec and Morris 4X4) are authorized online retailers and typically offer discounts to forum members.
never heard of them, but if you pay through PayPal, you really can't loose. if you never receive the winch or something is wrong with it; PayPal will make sure you get your money back.
Warn is closed, so I called Zoro and spoke to Katie at customer service. Very nice and assured me the product is legitimate, not refurbished, comes straight from Warn. And she was American! I'm pulling the trigger on this. $338 is a fantastic savings.

Already have my winch, so no interest. But I bought three things from ZORO in 2014 -- all were tool/hardware related and I honestly don't even remember what they were. But in each case the google search led me to them as the best price, and I had ZERO bad issues with ZORO. Quick results, no problems. Never bought anything super expensive like this, but still, they were great to work with.
Tried to order like 5 min before the deal was going to end. When I hit place order it wanted me to re enter all my info. Did that and was still before 3pm central, and then had an internal error when I hit place order again.
That's what I get for debating till the last minute.
I emailed them, we will see if they want to help me out. Haha.
Zoro is very reputable and has excellent customer service. I've bought thousands of dollars of tools and other things from them. Not always the easiest to find things sometimes so it pays to dig around on their site. They frequently have sales, 15, 20 , 25, 30%. If you missed it this time they will have another. Warranty service on tools has been excellent. I save my tool orders for their sales.
I signed up for their email list. Seems like they have this deal a couple times a year. Hoping by the next time they have this sale I'll be ready to pull the trigger!
Just wanted to say that this company is living up to others comments! Got an email back and since they saw the item in my cart at the right time they said they will honor the 30% deal they had going. Just have to call. They will definitely have my business again!
My card was charged right away. I have push alerts on my phone and literally the second I hit the order button I got the notification. PayPal is usually a little different though, and many times the payment is delayed until the order is fulfilled (my order is in waiting for fulfillment now). Hope that helps bud.
