315/75/16 duratracs on mb tko installed with pics

First off big shout out to discount tire direct,when I called the guy took the time to answer all my questions and actually got me a better price than I was expecting. I took a few measurements before and after the instal
Front axle before to the bottom was 9.5 inches after 10 and 7/8
Rear axle before 9 and 1/4 after 10 and 3/4.
The actual tire size after installing was 34 inches even with 36 psi. The weight difference in the factory and these were right at 20 pounds heavier. I am extremely happy with the set up and can't say enough about dtd.

I have the exact same set up and love them. Do you have the plastic caps covering the lug nuts? I cracked a couple of those on the trail and removed them. I know that they had a new one without the plastic cover.

No I didnt get those and I'm glad to, my brother in law has them and doesn't like them.

Use the MB Chaos caps instead of the MB TKO covers, looks 100% better and leaves the lug nuts exposed.

The only lift I have right now is the teraflex puck leveling kit and I trimmed the factory fenders. I haven't took it off road yet so I don't know how this setup is gonna work. If I have to I might end up getting the 2.5 budget boost but I will have to wait and see. Gearing wise I have the 3.73s and you can tell that there is more weight there but from what little I have drove it,it isn't unbearable.

I purchased the 315 70 17's Duratracs on level 8's for the jku. I have a 3.5" Rock Krawler stock mod lift. First off Discount Tire is the best, second the GY Duratracs are awesome. I have 3.73's with the tracloc diff. So far in snow and ice on daily driving, wheelin in AZ desert mtns. with sand and rock and here in CO mtns on rock, mud, water, off camber and ledges the tires hook up hold and their very predictable handling is the best that I have ever encountered on and off road. After years of 4 wheeling they have to be the best tire that I have used to date. I have about 9000 miles on them and they still have 80% or better tread left, so wear is good. They still do not need rebalancing and are running smooth on the highway.

That's really good to hear fireguy,another local guy went with the duratracs from the stock rubi tires and said it was night and day difference on the trails. I think I am just as excited about the additional diff clearance that I have now. I am going wheeling this weekend so I will have the final verdict on if I like them then.

I thought Rubi's have stock 4:10 gears. Also, what year do you have?

Its a 2013 automatic. The rubis come with either a 3.73 or 4.10.

Pics please? I am looking at rock krawler 2.5" with same tires and basically same rims (Black Rock series 997) for my JKU.
