35" K/M2s installed Monday with Strike 5 Rims

I have read posts until my eyes almost popped. 35"s vs 37"s, gears vs wait and do all the drive train mods in one fowl swoop. Well, thanks for all of the ideas. I went with 35"s, stock gears, turn off the overdrive, keep it under 65mph, enjoy the hum of the mudders and start saving for the drive train mods.

If you only have 3" lift your driveshaft should be OK.I got 4" and im still running my factory shaft.
Just make sure the transfer case skid is not hitting your front driveshaft when wheeling.I replaced mine with Skidrow to rid of that problem.

Nice rig BTW.

Looks great! I feel your pain about all of the conflicting advice. I'm gonna wheel mine till the tires wear out, I should have a plan by then. Hahahaha

Thanks for the compliments all.

Stompy15056---they are Bushwacker Flat Flares. The first one took a while, but, the next three were quick. Also, 3" BDS lift.

Rogerg---thanks for the advice on the skid plate.

Kool---what is OP?

I assume you also found out that it's easier and faster to cut the top off the trim retainers on the second fender..

And, buy my own bolts from a hardware store. I think 16 of the supplied nuts and bolts locked together half way on. That was super fun. and some more

Didn't have an issue with hardware. Also realized using an awl to locate clips and stretch the holes a little sped it up significantly. Everything else was quick for me.
