35's and Trimmed Rubi Rails, trim how much?

Just wondering how much (1", 1.5", 2", etc.) that you guys have had to trim your Rubi rails if running 35's on a small (2-3") lift. Ideally we'd be talking about something like ilikeguns' set up, where he is running 315/70/17 Duratracs on just a leveling kit.

I trimmed 1.5" on mine. I'm running a 2.5" RC spacer lift and 315/70-17 Duratracs on 17x9 wheels with 4.5 BS. Was was still rubbing the fenders when off road so I put Bushwacker flats on. You'll want to bend back the pinch seem where the back of the rails are also.

I'm on 2.5'' lift and 35s and haven't trimmed mine. It shouldn't need to be trimmed unless you're going above a 35.
