Whats up guys, I've been seeing a lot of guys running the new BFG KO2 37s on stock front dana 44s with just c gusset or none at all on the AEV forum. Curious if anyone is running them on a dana 30 with C gusset and synergy ball joints? Ordered 5 from Northridge on black Friday for the buy 4 get one free deal plus a tire carrier. They will arrive in January some time. My front end is open no locker or LSD which will help. I will probably buy a Tera 30 housing should mine fail. Just curious if anyone is running the same setup on stock non rubi axles.
I have been running 33.5" 69lb cooper stt pros for about a year now. The bfgs weigh 71lbs and measure about 35.25 under the jeep compared to my coppers measure at just about 33" so about a 2" diameter difference and only 2lbs per tire difference.
I'm fully ready for parts to break so please don't lecture me. Just looking for others experiences with the 37 bfgs. Thanks all.

My current setup is a teraflex 3" lift with 6 sport flex arms (front lower, rear upper and lower), teraflex QDs, monster front track bar, fox 2.0 shocks, teraflex rear track bar bracket axle side, 2.5" bumps in the rear, stock bumpers, rock hard 4x4 winch plate, and rugged ridge tire carrier. C gusset and synergy ball joints en route.

Thats the plan lol. I have a set of 4.56 gears that need to be installed. The thing is the lower you hear the smaller the ring teeth become. Going to see how it is on the street with my 3.73s before the swap.
The size is why I figured ill try it. Theyre a good 20-30lb lighter than most toyo and nitto tires that a lot of mall crawlers run in 37s near me.
I only get to go wheeling about 5 times a year at rausch creek and I'm pretty easy on the truck. Was going to drop in a terra 44 but a Tera 30 housing should suffice with no locker. I don't see the ring and pinion being the weak point in an open diff setup. Im more concerned about the tubes, the Cs and the ball joints.
Really just wanted to see if anyone else is running the 37 ko2s. As they are a smaller different beast from almost all other 37s out there. Everyone always lumps 37s into a category but the reality is these are just large 35s.

yeah my 35's are 33.25 w/ some decent weight weighing them down.
