4 door bikini

I am looking at the bestop bikini for my JKU and wanted to pose a question to those with experience- how much protection does this offer the back seats in inclement weather? I am wondering if this would be an acceptable summer top with a deck cover and overnight garage parking. I have carseats in the back and don't want to drown my chilluns. Looks like overhead the coverage is OK, but due to the slant of the back seats, they would still be exposed on the sides, but I'm not really sure.
