430n head unit vs aftermarket

Am I going to run into any drawbacks if I buy my own aftermarket in-dash navi? I didn't order the navi with mine but now I am really realizing that I want one. I am looking at the Pioneer AVIC Z130BT or similar unit but want to make sure I am going to be able to install it with no issues.

With the stock 430/730 units they are connected up and everything flows as far as steering wheel control etc. If I install aftermarket am I going to have to buy anything extra in order to keep all of those features?

Also I ordered with the premium sound (infinity sub amp etc) I assume they will just plug and play into the new head unit I select?

Anyone who has experience with them that could provide some feedback would be great.

And also these aftermarket heads I am looking at say they are "XM or Sirius satellite ready" meaning you have to buy an extra $150+ receiver to use that feature. Does the 430n have that built in ready to go? Is it even worth it for me to get an aftermarket in-dash unit or should i stick with the stock 430n?

1. You will need a steering wheel control module to make it work as it does now

2. Nothing is plug and play, you will prolly need an infinity adapter too

3. 90 percent of the aftermarket units are better than the stock ones
