A/c - heat

Whenever I use the a/c or heat it's makes a rattling sound inside the dash of the passenger side. Anyone know what it is? And how to fix it.

It could be the blower fan making the noise. Fan blades rubbing on the housing, piece of debris in the fan. Just a guess, the fan on my BMW would make noise like it was rubbing, when it was really cold or under heavy braking. Not sure about a fix or even where the fan is under the dash.
