A/C plug in Unlimited Sport

Is there anyway to increase the output on this? I am very disappointed in the one included. It doesn't have enough juice to run anything besides a phone charger.

The power outlets are rated to handle up to 13 amps, meaning they have more than enough power for a laptop, etc. Unless you are trying to run a coffee pot or power tools, I'm not sure why you are disappointed in the power output.

The factory one won't get any where near 13 amps. It's rated for 150 watts, which doing the math (150/120) is 1.25 amps. Agreed that a coffee pot or power tools are out of the question for it.

Are you using the right outlet? On my Jeep, I've got 3 of em. The one in the dash and the one by my subwoofer are 12 volts. The one in my center console is the 115 volt one.

Buy an inverter from any auto parts store just make sure your peak watts is enough to handle the load

When I bought my Jeep (two weeks ago) I was happy it had one, I put my old inverter in my wife's SUV. Upon further inspection, I knew it would be limited so I took mine back. Not cool how it only has two prongs.
