No personal feedback yet, but I have the rear bumper/carrier on order. What really sold me, other than reputation, is the Facebook pics that they posted of the rear bumper after getting rear ended.

I think you'd be hard pressed to find any complaints, besides "they are heavy, and super heavy duty!" I have the rear tire carrier, its great!

I am ordering a front stubby bumper with stinger, a rear bumper with tire carrier, rock sliders, fenders, and b-pillar guards from ACE in a couple of days. I have been speaking with one of there reps, AJ, for a few weeks now and they've been very accommodating.

I basically haven't been told "No we can't do that" yet =p

Yea, I have both the front stubby with stinger and the rear bumper with tire carrier on order so would love to be able to say how much I love them. I was sold on how many people on here said how great their customer service was and how I never seemed to come across a complaint about any of their products.

At this time I have the front Mid-Width/Stinger bumper and the Rock Rails.
Rear bumper/tire carrier is in the future along with thier flat fenders.
ACE makes some really tough stuff that you can't go wrong with.

I hate to be negative but buyer beware on ACE. I wanted the ACE front and rear bumper instead got NOTHING but the run around on them. I waited for 13 weeks. May to August. I kept getting "will ship this week, out at powder coating" or some other excuse. Long story short, they never shipped. I got tired of waiting and listening to lies (It will ship no later than...fill in the date) so I cancelled my order. I ordered a Rampage Recovery Stubby front bumper. It arrived at my door 4 days later, I installed it last night and it looks great. Sorry Ace Engineering but TOTAL FAIL on your part! I had planned on decking out my Jeep with every product ACE offered. I have the ACE rock sliders and like them but that is the last ACE product I will buy. Terrible customer service. Lying to customers is unacceptable in my mind.

I can vouch for Jerome as we wheel together and have worked on his Jeep together. He ordered the ACE bumpers several months ago right after I put on my JCR set.

I have to say, you are the FIRST negative commenter I have heard of about ACE, especially about the customer service. Sorry you had such a bad experience.

Wow, that seems really strange. Not going to call you a liar but I've been emailing back and forth with AJ from ACE for a couple of weeks now and he gets back to me usually the same day. Hopefully your order was the exception to the rule of ACE orders.

I used the flip up tag bracket from Toughstuff.
Mounts to the top of the fairlead and flips up for winch use.
I haven't taken any pics of it mounted but here is the link:

Cheap4tw..believe whatever you want. I have emails and proof but I don't really need or care to convince you. I've got all the emails from AJ. Had numerous phone conversations. All of those were in a timely fashion but WHAT he told me wasn't accurate. So many promises of dates that came and went. Sorry but that is unacceptable

Jero I think this is a case of miscommunication online. I literally was trying to not call you a liar. I believe your order got delayed. And I really do hope your order was one of few as I want my order ASAP

Ordered mine from KOR and they were here inside of 2 weeks. I was also told it would be about that time frame. Same with my Rock Krawler lift. Told around 2-3 weeks, showed up less than 3 weeks.

What is the benefit to having the ACE tire swing attach to the tail gate??? Can jerry can holders and Hi Lifts be mounted to this type of system?

For me, it makes sense to have the tailgate open with the carrier. I dont know of any time I wouldn't want them open at the same time. Not sure if Jerry Cans would mount, would prolly have to fab something up yourself. Have heard there is a spot for the Hi-Lift to mount up.
