Really like this. A rear bumper with tire mount is my next project. Only one complaint and it is a complaint about all after market rear bumper/ tire mount systems/ It is the fact they jack the tire way too high blocking even more the poor rear view. Just wish they would design them so the tire would mount lower for better visibility. Looking at the design, it looks like they could easily move the tire mount down 4 to 6 inches and would work much better for safety reason.

The only issue with moving the tire down, it would not allow you to run a larger tire. If everyone ran a 35", it would be okay. We should have some pictures in a few days showing what I am talking about...

A great feature would be an adjustable one (or offer them for a 33, 35, 37). I'm reasonably satisfied with mine (just got it a few weeks ago) but was also disappointed with how high my 35 is now.

I plan on buying all ACE products (sliders, bumpers, fenders)once I finally purchase my JK. I live 4 hours away from their shop and would like to drive and pick up everything at once. Can cheaper prices be found over the internet rather then buying directly?

I agree! I'm at 6 weeks this friday. I know it's worth the wait but I don't think I would ever buy something again that I had to wait this long for. I'd almost rather spend more to get an equally nice product in a shorter time frame. Just my opinion.

I agree. I work at an aerospace company. We manufacture aircraft parts all day and if a part is on the hot list we run the machines 24 hours a day and add more people to meet with the demand. I never want to wait this long for a product again. Sorry ace but I think you need to add more personnel to keep up with the demand. You got the products everyone wants now maybe it's time to bumb up the workforce. Not to mention I ordered mine like two weeks after it was released.

Okay, can do. Where would you like me to measure from? Also, our spare weights in at about 140lbs so that will add some in the "sag" of the stock springs.

Can you measure from the ground to the top of the tailgate. Figgure this is the most feasable cuz everyone has diff fenders ect. Holy crap that's a heave tire. What size, brand and wheel? Mine weigh in at 83 lbs each. Pro comp 7069. Cooper stt 315/75r16

Just ran out and measured it. It is right at 45"ish to the top of the tailgate where it meets the Trektop NX. And I say "ish" because the bumper is hiting it pushing out the tape measure a tad.

And the tire, it is a 40x1350x17 Goodyear MTRK with a Spyderlock Beadlock! The tire itself is 87lbs and the wheel is 50lbs! LOL I can post pictures of that too!
