ACE rock sliders and (Mopar or smittybilt) ?

I've got a 2013 two door sahara that I removed the side steps from.
Just purchased some ACE rock slider for it.

Any advantages going with Mopar Rubicon Rock Rails (Part # 82210585) over the Smittybilt (#76635) SRC Textured Black Classic Rock Rails

to be used with the ACE rock slider?

Was thinking down the road, I will put a 2.5" lift kit and 35" tires, so wondering about trimming the Mopar vs. Smittybilt when I have to do the pinch seam (I have an earlier 2013 model, before they angled the rear pinch seam).

The mopar fit better than the smittybilt and the powdercote on the smittybilt is very rough compared to the ace slider and the mopar rail that match each other very well.

thanks. There's about a $200 difference between the two. I'll keep looking for some used ones.

I have a set of Mopar rubi rock rails for sale if you're anywhere near north Florida.

As for the Smittybilt, I can't speak for the classic rocks rails, but the SRC side armor has a horrible reputation for not lining up and mounting right.

Mine mounted with no issues, I removed the rubi rails that came on my freedom edition.

in the picture he is running a smittybilt slider not an ACE slider. The rubi rail fits with the ACE slider.
