Adverse side-effects from the latest 10-11 recall (reflash)

I want to start a thread for those of us who will be affected by this recall, to document any changes in performance or mileage as a result of this tune. I have not received the letter yet, but I know some folks have had this done already. Please share your experiences.
My HOPE here is that if we notice a change in performance or mileage from this reflash (which is entirely possible, since it affects the emissions system), we can hold Jeep accountable for making it right, should we see any negative changes.
