advice from people that have installed rock krawler lifts

Am thinking about getting a rock krawler 2.5 X factor lift to replace my teraflex 1.5 level kit, which has sagged back down to stock height from added weight (front and rear bumper) can any one speak to the quality of rock krawler springs? Do they tend to sag under added weight also?

Not at all.

If you can wait ... RK informed me they will be soon making available a triple rate 2.5" coil front and rear.

Check out this sticky thread, you can read about all types of lifts until your eyes bleed:

As for the lift and aftermarket bumpers, all of them will sag with added weight. From what I have read ( I do not have experience with many of the lifts out there) most lifts without aftermarket bumpers will give you a higher than advertised lift. From my research, generally when you add the bumpers it comes down to about the advertised height.

Mine haven't sagged with added winch up front or 35 spare on the rear or EVO skids underneath.

I should've added ... A lot of the RK guys will run 3.5" coils under the heavier 4 door. This will also increase breakover angle with the longer wheelbase. If he's not going to Off road this Is not a issue and he can stay with the 2.5's

RK coils are rated pretty high and won't sag as much as some others. They will a little but you should still be at listed height or a little more.

Did they give you a time frame on release?
