Advice on nFab Rock Rail install

I recently bought some nFab rock rails for my '07 Jeep. (Part Number: J074RKR ) and I can't find much information on the ease or complexity of the installation of them. On Quadratec's site it indicates it is easy (need a wrench), but I read a thread on Amazon that some guy who bought them had to drill larger holes on both sides (once he took off the factory side steps) to get the new rails to fit right. I'm trying to figure out if I pay the $100 - $150 to have it installed prefessioanlly or do it myself. Any advice or guidance is appreciated.
Thanks
DW
