Advice w/ clutch issues.

I recently had a "family friend" replace my clutch. It hasn't even been two months and it just completely failed today. There have been no signs of slipping or tension but all of a sudden it will not go into gear at all. Chrysler says the throw out bearing was not changed due to the squealing noise when the clutch pedal is not engaged and that could cause failure and excessive wear. I am unsure if I need to have the entire clutch replaced again, and if so, does the flywheel need to be replaced again. I would have thought if it was wearing there would have been noticable slipping but the pressure never changed since it was replaced. It feels like I might have been ripped off with shoddy craftsmanship. If anyone has any suggestions before I go into replacing it again I would greatly appreciate it, tks!

I replaced 2 clutches from a previous car in a 1 month timeframe. Stock was giving up so I ordered an aftermarket heavy duty clutch. I recall it was a Sunday and when installing it, I forgot to order the throw out bearing and didn't resurface the flywheel and all the shops were closed and the ones that were open didn't have em in stock. Long story short, after install everything seemed fine except after a week, a lot of slippage. Disassembled everything to find out that the new clutch had burn marks, the flywheel was warped and the throw out bearing failed do to the heavy duty clutch. I had to replace the clutch, get a new flywheel and throw out bearing, installed again... And everything was fine afterwards except my wallet.
